Horrible!

Horrible! Horrible! I have recorded all encounters with this company for my lawyer. If I would’ve listened to my friend prior to getting in a contract with them I would’ve been better off. I would not ever recommend this dealership nor CCM finance to anyone. Worst company I have ever been through. Total scammers and crooks. Please stay away from this dealership and CCM finance.

I would definitely not recommend getting a car there.

I would definitely not recommend getting a car there. They will repossess if one payment is missed. They are very rule to their customers. You have to email them for everything:

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!

Man reading these "good" reviews hurt lol. Dont believe what you reading from the "sales dept" side of things. Yes they were good but all becuz they want your money. I will be back to check the reviews after 2 months cuz i'm sure some of yall would regret buying from here just like i did. I purchased a car in Oct/2022 and since Jan/2023 nothing but issues with it. Right now they are charging me over $4000 for a USED engine to avoid fixing a cracked- head gasket. Claiming that isn't the issue (but mean while they don't really know what's going on). Also this "warranty" that is given to you doesn't cover nothing. I am currently seeking legal advise becuz this company is just stealing from hard working people and all they can say is "there's nothing more we can do"

The worst car lot and finance company ever!

I knew something was up with this dealership! I knew not to buy from them and I should’ve went with my first mind! I just purchased this car and put down 5,000 about a month ago. I work out of state and unfortunately after driving out here for work all of my check engine lights came on! I called the finance company and they advised to call and make an appointment with the dealership to have it looked at which I couldn’t do because once again I’m out of town on car I thought was reliable! I took it upon myself to take it to a dealership and came out of pocket almost $2000 getting it fixed! I told them I could make my full payment on the 28th which is just a few days away due to the fact I had to a car fixed I just got a month ago & put me in a bind! They do not care! There is no grace! They’re rude , unprofessional, and money hungry! Worst mistake I’ve ever made!

I’m not sure what I want my headline to be

I’ve had a loan with them for about 3 years now and have never been late. Recently in the past few months they have locked my account stating because I’ve used different cards as if I can use more than one card in my name. Apparently they don’t care who makes the payment because they took and normally of there is a fraud alert the company reaches out via text,email, etc……same on this company treating a “ good paying customer” who has NEVER been late on his payments to have to deal with these shenanigans. Unfortunately I cant upload the emails because if that were the case I would’ve posted receipts.

Don’t do it

They sell lemons don’t do it I have had my car going on two years and every three months since I have had it it messes up on me no minor problems but they are engine problems they want they car payment but don’t want to fix nothing they know they wrong selling them cars that are total loss look at title before signing cause they are salvage cars they selling at brand new prices it will save you headache lil fo they know I would’ve been one of there best customers but they have no morals good luck n stay away or you will be scammed

Disabled car

Was late two days for my car payment they turned it off I paid it two days after it was due and my car is still disabled . They never told me the process of when it would be disabled and how long it would take to be active again . There website says there’s someone 24/7 but no one has answered for me .

Great buy

If you need a car this is the best car lot to go to. I had a issue the next day with my car and they wasted no time getting me into a new one. Roman is the best guy to go to he go make sure you drive off THAT DAY 💯‼️
