We were searching for a reliable car for our daughter who will be attending college out of state in the Fall. She actually found a BMW she really liked. Unfortunately, the car she originally found had been sold when we went to the dealer for a visit, but there were several other possibilities on the lot. As soon as we pulled into the lot, we were greeted by Sean. He asked what we were looking for and we told him about the particular BMW my daughter had seen. Since it had been sold, he told us about other similar cars on his lot. All of the cars seemed to be priced reasonably. Looked at several cars and he offered to let us drive our favorite. Having owned a BMW before, I already knew of the excellent driving experience that a BMW offered. The 2006 325i was no disappointment. Sean was very personable and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He let us drive several other cars and we left to make our decision. I was already convinced that I would purchase a car from Southside Imports. We decided on the original BMW we test drove and Sean let us take the car overnight to be checked out by my mechanic. The car looked clean and mechanically seemed sound. The car had a couple of minor maintenance items needing to be dealt with, but Sean was upfront about all of them. The main issue was that the car needed front brakes, which is an easy DIY job for me. The purchase was easy, the price was less than I could have bought the same car locally and regionally based on my research. The purchase was one of the easiest I have experienced, and Sean was excellent. I know I will be buying another vehicle from Sean at Southside Imports in the near future!!

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagon TDI from Southside Imports and overall it was a very good experience. From the beginning the owner "Sean," returned my phone call promptly and answered all of my questions via phone. When I went by to see the vehicle they had it ready for me to look at and allowed me a test drive. I asked a LOT of questions about the vehicle and Sean was very informative about everything he knew about the vehicle plus he had already ran an 'Auto Check,' on the vehicle and shared the results with me. I called him two days later to discuss price and I discovered that Sean was very easy to work with and he was upfront about any additional costs and fees such as tax and title transfer fees. He was able to give me complete out the door pricing - which I like! We agreed to close the next day and when I arrived he had all of the paperwork ready, the pricing was exactly what he quoted me, and I we signed all documents within 5 minutes. Awesome! It would be difficult to find any negatives in my overall experience. If there were any negatives it would be that my vehicle was not washed and detailed when I picked it up, but then I was purchasing it 'As Is,' so I can't fault them on that. Also, some people might find the parking inconvenient on their small lot, but It didn't bother me as I will take a slight parking inconvenience any day to get a good deal, honest sales people, and good customer service.

I had been looking for several different models of Convertible. I had looked at A Mazda, a Volvo, a Chrysler, and several other models. My wife had always wanted a Volkswagen EOS after having ridden in one several years ago. I looked for one but could not find a used one in my price range in the State. I happened upon Southside Imports and to be honest, I was a little leery abut doing business with such a small operation. I called to check on the car and Sean was quite outgoing and friendly and he invited me to come look at the care and take it for a test drive. He told me what he knew to be wrong with the car and what he had fixed on it already. He even told me that the drivers seat did not work even before I came out to drive it. He let me test drive it and assured me that he would get the seat fixed before I picked it up should I decide to buy it. And true to his work, he did. My only complaint and it is not really against Sean is that it took almost a week to fix the seat. However, since I bought the car, it has been a blast to drive, Thanks so much Sean, and I would definitely recommend your services.

It was a pleasant experience with no hassle and no lies and "salesman fluff" I would recommend the lot to anyone looking for a good used auto!
