These people have no integrity and are unscrupulous. I attempted to buy a vehicle from them, was approved for my loan(which they knew), when I went to pick it up, they tell me their other lot sold it "last night". Again, they knew my loan was approved THAT NIGHT!!! The explanation for this was that I did not leave a deposit, which THEY told me I DID NOT have to do, since my loan was approved, THAT DAY. They offered no alternative. No offer to find me another vehicle. These people are the reason the public has such a low opinion of car salesman. I'm not giving them ANY stars.

I bought my first car from best of Michigan and during my test drive I noticed the front brakes were squeaking. The dealer who rode with me during the test drive pretended not to hear it. When I got back to the facility I told another dealer about the brakes. I was told that the car hadn't been driven in a long time and that's why the squeaked. Deciding to trust what I was told, I still purchased this car with the promise that if the squeaking persisted a week after the purchased date that they would be fixed free of charge. Of course a week later they still were squeaking. I drove an hour from my home to best of Michigan to pick up my license plate because it was impossible to mail it to me for some reason. When I got there the dealer who I made the purchase from inconveniently was not there. I was told that my brakes couldn't be fixed because the garage was full. Had my brakes been fixed when I initially informed them of the problem I wouldn't be currently spending my money to get them fixed. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend this place to ANYBODY.

I LOVE THE PROCESS OF BUYING A CAR HERE. IT WAS FAST AND EASY AND I LOVE MY CAR.

went to 5 lots and couldn't get in a vehicle came here and they got me approved in 5 mins was driving out in 20 mins all there cars are clean and newer and very nice selection. they treated me like family i would recommend this place to all my family and friends
