John Madden was extremely helpful and put everything in

John Madden was extremely helpful and put everything in place to deal with a tire issue with Rogue lease that happened to be minutes before closing on a Saturday. Joe in service was extremely efficient and helpful to get me safely back on the road. Each of them made my wife and I comfortable and treated us like "family"!

Excellent service, Had my Nissan Muranno in for oil

Excellent service, Had my Nissan Muranno in for oil change and tire rotation, inspection. Service is excellent at West Herr . Highly recommend. Joseph who took care of us was right on schedule knew everything needed to be done. So professional and very nice! Thank you very much!!

I love the dealership almost always on top of things

I love the dealership almost always on top of things until just recently needed parts for my car and they were ordered in June I asked about them one time maybe in July and 1 but not both parts were available then I got super busy with work and hadn't been able to contact them-I went for service yesterday and low and behold the parts are there however I was not notified?? kinda strange we're all busy so that doesn't work Other than that the dealership has been awesome
