Great service experience

Everyone was quite friendly--but like actual people, not just sales reps trying to get your business. I was also thrilled to be able to get in for an oil change/balance and rotation at the last minute. The previous dealership I went to made me schedule appointments weeks in advance.

great service

I like the courtesy and professionalism that they showed me. Mr. Sonny wad very knowledgeable and assisted with with every question i had. Never felt pressured to buy the vehicle.

Flawless Service!!

Through a routine oil change, I found out that my head gaskets were leaking oil and needed replacement. My warranty had just expired, but Bryan Subaru covered the cost of parts and labor as a courtesy to me. Jason, my service advisor, was extremely helpful thoughout the whole process. He provided me with a 2016 Subaru Impreza Courtesy Vehicle to drive while the repairs were being done and kept me updated on how things were going, even sending me pictures of my engine! When my car was ready, Jason sent a technician to drop my vehicle off at my house and pickup the courtesy vehicle. Couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service that I recieved!

I have to say that the lady working the service desk on Saturday has some of the best customer service skills and knowledge about the product.

Everything was wonderful

Everyone goes WAY out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, from the person who gave up his office chair so I could sit down (the waiting area was full) to the service manager who insisted on running my car through the wash because it had bird droppings on it (I was there for a recall.)

Excellent salesman

Rex Bubacz was extraordinarily competent and helpful. if your other sales staff is as good, you have many happy customers. We were also lucky to have just the car we wanted already ordered and arriving in less than a month.

Great service from Great people

Erin makes you feel like you are the most important customer from start of service through completion. She keeps you informed throughout the entire process. [Unlike some other service departments.] I'm glad that we are finally able to bring our Chevrolet to your location for services.

Excellent service, low pressure, efficient

Greg was terrific. Helpful and mellow, and very informative. And he was LOW PRESSURE?which was much appreciated. All around fantastic sales experience.
