Due to a car wreck in March, I had to buy a car. Once I narrowed it down to Mercedes GLA 250, I started shopping around. I did my homework as well as my daughter who is an engineer. I came across Keeler through my online searches. But I didn’t realize how important the reviews of dealerships are. It is true, there are dealerships who advertiser extremely lower prices to get you in but “that car” is no longer available. Casper Yim was my sales associate and I can not say enough good things about him. Due to the severity of my wreck, I chose Mercedes because of safety features period! Casper was very knowledge and explained in details the standard safety features as well as other safety options. Once I bought the car he went above and beyond his job description. He drove to Lenox where I signed all the papers and went to the Dept of Motor Vehicle to register the car. I am still dealing with injuries of my accident and he did not want me waiting in line. He even turned in my old tags bc I had not been able to get there yet. He then drove back and picked me, my daughter and her boyfriend up and took us back to Keeler to drive the car home. This was Casper’s day off!!! I am thrilled with my purchase of the 2016 GLA250, but haven’t stopped telling ppl about Casper’s professionalism, knowledge and personal care. Keeler has a new customer for life!
