Not a Worthy Dealer for an Hour Drive(From

Not a Worthy Dealer for an Hour Drive(From Dallas/Plano/Frisco) I drove over an hour to buy a used car listed at $35,500. After some negotiation, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $37,250, which I accepted to save time and avoid the back-and-forth. The salesman said he’d get the paperwork ready, but came back five minutes later saying his “director” didn’t approve it. Trying to keep the deal alive, I offered $38,250 (listing price + TTL) — which any reputable dealer would normally accept. Instead, they came back with a demand for $40,500 total, including a higher APR through Honda financing, and told me it was take-it-or-leave-it. At that point, I walked out. The experience was rude, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. If you’re from the Dallas, Plano, or Frisco area, don’t bother driving all the way out here. They assume once you show up, they can change the price and you’ll cave. Totally not worth the drive.

I sent at least 4 emails and none of them were returned.

I sent at least 4 emails and none of them were returned. They just kept sending me the canned emails asking if I was interested in a particular vehicle. Never talked specifics or asked for my phone number. Bad.

after searching for a car for 3 weeks could not find what

after searching for a car for 3 weeks could not find what i was looking for and Honda of Fort Worth had exactly what i needed and wanted except for the color but it had it all and low miles which was very important to me. so, i bought it! the salesman Keiko was very helpful we went outside and looked at most of the cars i wanted but the only one that had exactly what i needed was white car which is the one color i do not favor. he answered all my questions and tried really hard to get my payments as low as possibly could. but at the end they got me what i needed and wanted and had patience with me due to looking for cars for weeks i was already frustrated when i got there but made me very happy leaving i rate my salesman and team past 10!!! Thank you, Keiko you are definitely the best salesman, i have ever came across in my whole car buying experiences ever you need a raise lol !!

Tariq is above and beyond on customer service and being

Tariq is above and beyond on customer service and being knowledgeable about Honda’s models. He even answered questions I had after we took our “like new” accord home. He helped make getting a new vehicle easier during what was a stressful time and my wife and I both appreciated his help.

Just had a great experience.

Just had a great experience. This was my first time at this dealership an I am very impressed with Brady and all the staff. They were knowledgeable about the used car I was interested in, helped me learn more about the car, and made me feel as if I was their top priority. I did not feel pressured or pushed . The car looked as good as any new one on the lot. Thank you for your patience answering many questions. I highly recommend Fort Worth Honda! I did buy the car and it was a pleasurable experience.
