Barack was our salesman. He was excellent. No pressure put on me to buy. I have had horrible car buying experiences in n the past and this experience was the opposite. I was looking for a new to me vehicle as my vehicle was recently totaled in n a rear ending. I really liked my vehicle so the need to purchase something new was not a task I wanted or was looking forward to. Barack made the experience much easier for me. His knowledge, personality and genuine caring are a plus for your business!

I’m from out of town and needed a basic inspection on my car. The team members I spoke with are very nice and helpful. I came in without an appointment and the technicians performed the inspection within a hour. They asked my permission before making a specific adjustment. Very pleased with the service at Gallatin Subaru.

Grateful for your shuttle service-please don’t ever get rid of it! You all took amazing care of me and got my car serviced SO quickly and “Pearle” even got a wash!
