Worst service I've received at any Audi dealership. Maybe the worst service period. The service writer was just flat out rude and condescending. He offered a loaner car to everyone that came in but me. A complete waste of time, money. However, at least I know now that I don't want to buy there.

Always super friendly and thorough. They always wash my car before picking it up! I love the addition of the video it keeps all maintenance transparent. Thanks for the great service!

Got me in and out during the scheduled appointment. I love the video overview of tires and brake condition from the service technician. The car looked great after the car wash.

Excellent service. Disappointed that masks are not required of every employee. Courteous, timely. Washed car is nice touch. About a 90 minute wait. Recommended wiper blades.

I leased a new 2021 Audi SQ5. Anando, the salesman, was easy to work with and answered all my questions pertaining to this vehicle. The general manager, Brent, was also great to work with throughout this process. Alex was my finance manager and made the end of my car buying process very easy. I look forward to doing business with Audi of Des Moines again in the future!

Great service. I really like the video that the tech provides to their customers. My service advisor is very professional and sets expectations on when my vehicle will be ready.

Working with Rob was great. He definitely puts the customer first! Rob was willing to spend extra time with us and answer all questions. He shared his knowledge and really helped me pick the best car for me! Aleks made paperwork signing fun and gifted me the pen which I used to sign the papers for my first Audi. A+++ for both! This is what buying a car should feel like - personal and special!!!

Bryan made scheduling really easy. Communication and turn around on having the vehicle ready was A++. Bryan is always a pleasure to work with. And I love having the car washed while it's being serviced.
