I found this truck from out of state- Pa- contacted Sarah and she was very helpful. She knew we were coming in 4+ hours and was able to have both vehicles ready for a test drive! Everything went very smoothly and finance was very friendly and communicated well. They were able to deal with the state transfer seamlessly. Overall, best experience at a dealership we have had!

Brought in fir recall for ABS module, dropped off the night before and was ready the next day, great job and detailed my car! Awesome service!

Worst phone system I have ever dealt with.

Worst phone system I have ever dealt with. COuld never get a hold of anyone. System would hang up on me every time I called. I had to call sales, get them to transfer me to service, which sometimes would work, and other times would just hang up on me. All employees I talked to would agree that the system sucked, but their management company controlled that decision. The management company obviously doesn't care about their customers or employees or they would have done something about it.

They were not sure they had the part to complete the

They were not sure they had the part to complete the recall service. Explanation was volume related. Obviously they should never had accepted the reservation without definitely knowing the part was in inventory. Completed service left my car totally blocked in by another customers car. Took awhile to free my car to leave. Customer care requires more attention to detail

Just bought the ‘24 Santa Fe Calligraphy and the whole experience was awesome. Mr. Adib was a great salesman, not pressure, and super knowledgeable about the car, financing, and Hyundai’s offers.

Because we book our own service appointments I had no

Because we book our own service appointments I had no idea that it would take over 4 hours to make the repairs. No one advised me and there was no loaner car available. I ended up taking my car home only partially fixed because I couldn’t wait any longer. When I questioned a few times how long it was going to take, I got three different responses. I suspect they hadn’t even started on my repairs until I asked for a progress report after 2.5 hrs (which was the first estimate). And, they never called me to tell me that the ordered part had come in. Nothing resembling customer service from now on I’m taking my car to a reputable mechanic. My next car is NOT going to be a Hyundai since the extended warranty means they can treat you badly at the dealership service center.

The gentleman who assisted me even went out to my new car while it was dark and raining to show me one last time the details on the dashboard and all the additional functions the car has.
