Luxury at your cost

Owner of this dealership took advantage of a simple lady. Sold a convertible white BMW that had multiple problem which he was well aware bc this car had been at his dealership multiple time. There was a rip in drivers seat and oil leak. I took car into BMW Portland and found out issues. First the air bag had been deployed and the seat needed to be replaced due to safety issue. Also, a rear main seal oil leak. I took car back being reassured he knew about problems and would take cared of me. He traded me the car back for negative 15,000. And then sold me a car for over 10,000 and set me up in a loan. That was difficult to sell to banks. Made me feel that it was my credit. When it was a bad loan. Paying 84,000 for a 30,000 car. I’m stuck in this car because now I owe 55,000 still and it’s only worth 30,000. I recommend no one to this dealership because they specialize in taking advantage of ladies.

terrible experience

PSA update. I still do not have use of my car. I brought my car to 2 different shops and both confirmed the transmission was bad. The one that ended up doing the repairs said from the damage the transmission had been bad for some time. I am still paying for the transmission repair. Once it is paid off, then I will need to get new tires because I was told by 3 shops they were too dangerous to drive on. I was told they were so bad they were surprised I didn’t have a blowout. Now I can understand perhaps the dealer was unaware of the transmission issue but you cannot convince me they didn’t know about the tires. The brakes are also so worn down they will need replacement. My PSA to you all is to make sure that you have the car you are interested in checked out by a reputable shop prior to purchase. I allowed my stress of not having a car during covid to cloud my judgement and jump at the purchase too soon. I trusted what I was told about the car being checked out prior to being put on sale. So either they were lying about the car being checked or they just didn’t care and was happy to sell it to the first sucker to make an offer.

Terrible Experience

I put a 500 dollar deposit down on a Toyota fj cruiser. They delivered it to Spokane WA and it was it much poorer shape than I was told and will not refund my deposit. I do not recommend this dealership. Look elsewhere.

Honest People

Honestly about as good and honest as you can get. From top to bottom everyone we worked with was nothing but generous. I was never pushed into anything and the manager, Mike, is exceptional at what he does. I'm in love with my 2014 Lexus GX. Thanks to the team at LAP!

Used car purchase, 2011 Mercedes SL550

This was my second auto purchase from Luxury Autoplex in 5 years. This time I found the car I wanted thru Car Gurus, went to the dealer, and they offered me a great price with a fair price on my trade (previously purchased from them). They also agreed to make some necessary repairs, at my convenience. There was no pressure and very friendly. Worked with the owner and his son and was very satisfied.

Great Customer Service!

The guys at Luxury Auto Plex were great! I purchased a Lexus GX 460 and the process was so simple. The salesman Carlos was well educated and not pushy at all. They will meet your needs. Give this place a shot before going somewhere else if you want honesty.

Audi Purchase

Just bought my Audi Q5 from here and I loved the service from the whole team. Sales people not pushy at all, no pressure atmosphere and clean car at fair price. Gave us a great value for our Acura. Finally, they got us a better rate than our bank could! Highly recommend great people.

Used car purchase

After a good experience buying a car on a Saturday, the battery died the same night and could not be re-charged. We needed the car on Monday and no one at the car lot could help. We were forced to have the battery and alternator tested and then buy a new battery on Sunday. After several calls to the lot we were refused compensation for the battery a week later. For a $14,000 purchase, the lot saved $115 by not doing the right thing.

No headlights?!

Bought a Subaru from these guys and I have to say the made the experience as painless as possible. We knew what we wanted going in and they didn't jerk us around or waste our time trying to nickle and dime us. We made a fair offer and they accepted knowing we didn't have a lot of time that day. With that said, I was very disappointed to find out later that night as I was leaving to drive back home over the pass, that both headlights were burned out. I should have checked myself before i drove it off the lot but they told me it went through a basic inspection and i believe this would have been found. It should have been fixed or at least disclosed to me prior to the sale. If I had known i would have still bought the car but got it fixed earlier that same day. Instead, we had to wait until the next morning to work on it and got home a day late. Also, the car had some grime on it. That might sound petty and I didn't expect a full detail but there was sticky build up on the turn signal that could be scraped off in chunks and food bits in all the nooks and crannies. I guess when you're selling a Subaru in Oregon you don't have to spruce it up, these cars sell themselves. Overall, I'm happy with the car and got it for a fair price. I would buy from these guys again but be more careful about inspecting it myself.

Wonderful Service

Purchased a Honda CR-V from Luxury Auto Plex today. This was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have been happier with the services and smooth process provided by Luxury Auto. I had called ahead expressing my interest in this car, and they had it out and ready for me upon arrival. They were very helpful and eager to sell me a car, however, they allowed me space to view the car and explore it on my own. This was a big comfort because other dealerships I have visited have been pushy and overwhelming. They were very patience and helpful with the paperwork. Very nice personable people that made my first car buying experience not only successful, but enjoyable! Would highly recommend checking out their lot to anyone interested in their cars.
