I felt disappointed that the sales supervisor didn’t
I felt disappointed that the sales supervisor didn’t honor the additional trade-in discounts that were originally offered during my initial conversation with the representative. There was a lack of transparency that seemed intended to mislead me and influence my decision to make the purchase. I also can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of through confusing and unclear information.

This is our 8th BMW lease—the 4th from this dealership.
This is our 8th BMW lease—the 4th from this dealership. We were very pleased with Rudi’s attention to what we were looking for in teams of the vehicle and fitting our budget. He spent all the time we needed to get the right X3. We will work with Rudi when it’s time for our next lease. I’ve worked with Christopher Pitts in the service department since 2013 and he always takes great care of us. Both Rudi and Christopher make us feel like valued customers.

We had a very pleasant experience with the dealership and in particular our salesperson James Brown. I shopped the same vehicle at 2 other dealerships and BMW of Fort Walton was by far the best. James was vey professional and made the purchase process very easy. His communication skills were top notch. I would highly recommend James to any prospective buyers.

I came in about a repair to my 5 series BMW and while I was there waiting for the estimate, I took a few minutes to look around and found a new X3. I decided to purchase the new X3 instead of repairing my 5 series. James was tied up that morning with another client and they were a bit short handed so we just exchanged numbers. He made sure to stay in contact with me and was very professional and helpful. My purchase was easy and handled by everyone there with care. Thanks for all that you do James.

Despite a previous unpleasant experience with the service
Despite a previous unpleasant experience with the service department regarding a different vehicle, we hoped we’d have better luck with a purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Initially the sales associate was very communicative and accommodating; however, after our purchase he offered no follow-up whatsoever. Additionally, less than two weeks after our purchase, we experienced a minor vehicle issue that was entirely due to dealership oversight and, again, our sales associate showed minimal concern or follow up. A different sales associate who was not involved with our purchase was integral in resolving our issue and to him we owe our thanks. I know there are certain things that “come with the territory” when purchasing a vehicle, but I expected better from this dealership and was disappointed for the second time. It will definitely be the last.

I would not recommend trying to purchase a vehicle from them if you’re from out of state and being in a military town I was surprised it would be so difficult to purchase.

Very disappointed in the dealership. I’ve never had such a problem or disrespect displayed from a so called professional dealership. I would not recommend trying to purchase a vehicle from them if you’re from out of state and being in a military town I was surprised it would be so difficult to purchase. What really ended the deal was I was told by the sales Manager that I was from a very RUDE state.

The saleswoman lied and deceived me said they couldn’t
The saleswoman lied and deceived me said they couldn’t finance a 2015 with 80,000 miles for $9,000 it was their policy had to be all in cash come to find out after buying the car they couldn’t finance the car because banks don’t finance vehicles that’s been totaled and rebuilt. They are liars and deceivers none trustworthy people
