I enjoyed the enthusiasm that salesman Trinity had with us. Answered all of our questions regarding the 2 vehicles we were interested in and his knowledge about the vehicles was much appreciated. He didn’t pressure us and gave us ample time to discuss the purchase. I am loving my new vehicle and I enjoy this dealership as it remains committed to assisting its customers and lots of smiles and hello’s upon arriving every time. The only con is that I had not realized maintenance is now additional when as before, vehicles came with a maintenance for up to $30K. I also had not noticed the vehicle didn’t come with floor mats. Lastly, the interest rate had been incorrectly changed last minute and glad they confirmed so it could be corrected.

Sales: I visited this dealership and met with Todd in sales. He was very helpful and had lots of knowledge of the car I was looking to buy. The car was basically new and it came with everything I was looking for. Todd made sure the car had everything ready for me to drive away with it. He had sent me videos of the car prior to me arriving to our appointment. I definitely recommend him to anyone!! Dealership: Clean, welcoming! This dealership has many cars for sure and different options. I just really had my eye on the new Jetta. The financial side: Josue the business manager helped me process my application. He worked his magic and I felt 100% heard about what I wanted to pay and where I was comfortable price point Super happy and I walked away with a new car and not feeling like I had to settle. I highly recommend this team! No push back, no gagging back and forth. Just the smoothest car purchasing experience I have ever had.

Trinity was extremely helpful- we showed up in the evening with a baby and had limited time to discuss our preferences/options. Even though we had other cars we wanted to look at elsewhere, Trinity did such an amazing job showing us the benefits of the vehicle and we were able to close a deal quickly!
