I was searching for a used truck and found it. I worked with Sam over the phone because I live a state away and he made the process convenient. The truck has some wear, but nothing unexpected from a vehicle over 10 years old. Overall a solid experience and a solid vehicle, I'd recommend Samand his team.

Pushy on sale and lousy choices. Not very good. Could work on customer service relations and how to actually sell a car without being pushy

So rude and pushy from the jump. Tried to over value the late model vehicle more than 2k over bluebook but kept saying we'd work out the financials if the rest worked. Talked down to my wife and insinuated I was wasting his time. Was very sexist in the discussion about a purchase of a car FOR HER. Asked us to commit to buy a 20 year old car before even test driving... Implied we were looking to joyride?!? Car was missing important safety features like 2 passenger head rests. Wanted to argue and complain about other potential customers and was overly pushy and rude. Liked the vehicle but the sales person and lack of prep killed this if there was a deal to be made. Only rating cause the 5 stars they had made me vomit a little in my mouth... Probably one to avoid if you want a dealer that checks to make sure the seats are intact before trying to sell a car.

Purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from them over the internet. Decided to fly to Dulles (nearby airport). Was able to make arrangements with Top Gear to pick me up at the airport and drive me back to Winchester where the Santa Fe was located. When i arrived the vehicle was what i expected. Purchased and drove it back home. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. Quite happy with the vehicle and would purchase from them again.
