They will never see me again.

They will never see me again. The service department at this dealership has made me question whether I even want to own another Kia and I’ve driven Kia’s since 2011.

I have nail in my tries and they take almost 2 hours to

Quick and friendly.

Quick and friendly. Only complaint is that they can never seem to tuck my GPS tracker/OBD-2 connector back under the dash. It always dangles onto the floor and creates a safety hazard, getting in the way of the brake pedal.

Friendly.

Friendly. Took a little long and the'car wash' did little more than smear the dust on the outside. The vacuumed and it looked good.

James was super helpful and got me all set up this

James was super helpful and got me all set up this morning. He told me everything I needed to do to stay up to date with maintenance and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my service.

I was disappointed because out of the 10 issues they said

I was disappointed because out of the 10 issues they said my vehicle needed was untrue …and I know that for a fact because I had those two items done… so this tells me their mechanic didn’t physically check….. terrible service
