Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had
Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had – avoid Coral Springs Kia at all costs! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with complete disrespect. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was wasting their time. One specific employee (wish I got his name) actually talked down to me as if I didn’t know anything about the car-buying process. Instead of trying to help or answer my questions, he gave me short, dismissive responses and a nasty attitude like I was a burden just for being there. I came in genuinely interested in buying, ready to spend my money – and left completely disgusted. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a dealership. No courtesy, no professionalism, no help. Just pure arrogance and bad energy from the staff. I will never return here, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this treatment. Coral Springs Kia needs serious accountability – people should not be treated this way. Absolutely unacceptable

Once they sell you the car, they no longer care.
Once they sell you the car, they no longer care. Bought my car. AC went out in 2 months. They fixed it. Then it went out again 2 years later. Went to service. They informed me they would need to keep the car for 2 to 3 days. I asked for a loaner as I had to get to work. They said they need to diagnose to see if warranty would cover prior to providing a loaner. But I have a full warranty and they obviously did not fix it right the first time. They had an attitude with me because I requested a loaner. Do not buy a car from this dealer. Once you are off the lot, they could care less. Horrible customer service.

Rick Case is famous in South Florida for their customer service in all departments. I would like to mention Lee Rodulfo and Alejandro Corcho in the service department. Their customer service interaction with them is excellent in anything of your needs or concerns, they know their business and they are always providing you with a solution to you problems. Kudos for them

Went to drive test drive a used vehicle I saw online. Liked the vehicle tried to negotiate a cash they wouldn't budget at all on the price. 3 days later they dropped the price by $548.

Great buying experience! We worked with Ivan Torres. He was patient and took the time to show us all the options, work on the pricing, and explained every option in detail to my father in law. Great experience, even heater salesman!

Terrible service, problems rarely get resolved and I feel
Terrible service, problems rarely get resolved and I feel like I am always being jerked around. Bought a Honda Civic years ago from Rick Case, thought buying a Kia would be a good idea. It is if you choose to get your service done elsewhere. Otherwise expect long periods of time where you are without a vehicle (or have to pay for a rental) and hope that your car actually gets fixed correctly. It’s not worth the stress. Lesson learned.
