I purchased the car I went to see from Gary. I called ahead and when I arrived the car was brought up front in 5 minutes and in 10 we were on the test drive. Gary answered all my questions and did not try to sell me a different car. The buying experience was easy, all done on the iPad with doc u sign, not handed off to another person, Gary was there start to finish. If your looking for a used car, go here and ask for Gary

Unprofessional typical used car dealer
Buyer beware, typical Miami used car dealer. Unprofessional, unorganized, unprepared, and will nickel and dime you. Absolutely ironic they use TRUST in the name. The only trust will be you get screwed over petty items. Will not provide details and love to play word games...MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERY DETAIL IN WRITING FROM THESE CLOWNS.

Our pricing is transparent and there is no nickel and diming. We don't have anything to do that with. That is why it seems you might have us confused with another dealer. Our cars all come with Free Nationwide Warranty and we even encourage our customers to have any car inspected by a 3rd party prior to sale. We even reimburse the cost of the inspection. 2014 Hyundai Equus
I contacted Auto USA about the vehicle and a private inspection company go over and check it out to make sure the vehicle was in tip top shape. Got the OK, flew into town picked up the car and was on the highway in no time. I spent about 5 to 7 minutes at the dealership and was pleased with the whole process!

Awesome Experience
Easy process. Did most of it online. I came in to test drive the vehicle and saw one minor issue that they quickly fixed. They have a great line of vehicles on their lot. Will definitely consider coming back to them in the future. Also, they were able to bargain with the bank for best prices to give me an even better deal.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
Purchased a 2012 Fait 500 from Juan for my daughter. Juan was helpful by picking me up from the hotel as I rode the train down. Got the car back home for my repair shop find over 3,000 dollars of mechanical work to be done. The car was bought “As is, where is” and on their value lot. Spoke to the manager David and he rest assured me that my license plate would be sent overnight, Fed Ex. It never arrived four days later and too the wrong address. Take the time to find a local shop to look at these cars because I wouldn’t have bought this car even though it was a good deal.

Rob, I am sorry you are upset. We spoke a few times and you expressed that you were happy. I am surprised to read this. You purchased from our value lot which are advertised with mechanical issues. You drove and checked the car and agreed to the reduced priced based on your repair estimate. We have over 100 certified cars but you wanted from the value lot for the purpose of fixing up the car. We sent the tag to the address on file so not sure how that is the wrong address. I apologize if we miscommunicated somewhere along the way but it really felt based on our chat that we hit every box you were looking for. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call. In and out service. I purchased a nice used car from here in great condition. The salesman was very helpful and always available when needed.

Extremely poor service
I bought a 2012 Lexus is 350 c and had it shipped. I asked my salesman Juan to walk around the car and tell me if he saw any blemishes, scratches, dents and dings. He told me he saw none. They delivered the car this morning. They did not deliver the title even though I wired the money to them 8 days ago. The rims were damaged beyond repair. The prior owner had used harsh liquids to clean the rims taking the paint right off the rims. It was cheaper to buy rims which is what I did from Discount Tire Direct. I called 3 times today but no one returned my call

Very Ironic They Have 'Trust' In Their Name
Very disgraceful service, and quite frankly a scam. I had bought a used car for my father, and I had asked them of any major impairments that may need to be fixed, and they only assured me it was the battery that had problems-- however they showed me the battery still worked fine at the time. Once I gave it to my father that same day, it turned out that the transmission was completely damaged, and the power steering was weak. The car is completely incapable of mobility, and my father cannot travel where he needs to go. Now I have payed for a piece of trash that turned out to be overpriced. Unfortunately, I signed the warranty disclaimer that rids the dealership of any responsibility, but anyone looking to buy a car here, DO NOT COME HERE.

Samantha, I searched our whole sale records and do not see your name any where at all. I also never received any communication from you about an issue with a car. All of our cars other than Value Lot come with free warranty and are fully checked. We are also located in Miami Gardens not Pittsburgh PA. Perhaps you have the wrong dealer.
