Sam and Ed simplified the car buying process. Dealing with them is like family. Last year I came with my mother who purchased a Lincoln Town car she just loves. It's a relaxed laid back environment. No pressure or pushy salesman. Well tax refunds came and we decided we wanted a affordable car without the worries of a car payment. We just bought a Pontiac Bonneville for my wife and after buying a Jeep a couple weeks ago for my daughter. Couldn't be happier.

My experience at Chicago Auto Network was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Sam was a genuine person and very helpful. After I bought the vehicle he went out of his way to personally drive my new vehicle to Schaumburg to deliver it and he followed up with a replacement switch for my power mirrors and shipped it to my house even though the vehicle was sold "as-is". I purchased a low mileage 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS from Sam & Ed. It was just the car I was looking for and couldnt find one up to my standards locally. It's a special car to me and I wanted to own the right one for me. Sam went above and beyond in assisting me and making deal happen and fulfilling all of my annoying request. I live out of state and was hesitant about traveling 700 miles for a car but when I arrived, car was beyond my expectations. I never felt pressured during transaction and both Sam & Ed were genuine guys who wanted to make sure this Impala was right for me.

I felt no pressure when conducting business with the staff at Chicago Auto Network. I did buy a new family minivan and couldn't be happier. I'm so happy I found the right one close to home. I even traded in my old van. Sam understood it wasn't worth reselling and explained it would be recycled because no life was left in it. I also didn't have any room at home for it and I didn't want to pay insurance on two vehicles. He still made fair offer and took it off our hands. Five Stars all the way!!!
