This place has the worst customer service ever came into this place today to buy my fiancé a BMW , I wanted to sit with the manager to have a conversation with him about seeing he can do for me to buy this car. The pig came out the office did not have the decency or the respect to introduce himself to me or to shake my head like a man! Plain and simple he told me and my fiancé what you see is what you get! I’ve been in sales for over 25 years I’ve never spoken to any customer like that! Now trust me I’m not one of those guys who thinks the customer is always right because trust me no one is always right. I came into this place to purchase a car full cash no cards no credit full cash! But the respect that I got from this place was disgusting! If your looking for used car new car any car the best advice I can give anyone is to not give your money to this company here!

The car I purchased has issues that they promised to fix before I signed papers. Issues were not properly fixed and now I can’t even get I. Touch with anyone to pay the monthly note. The reps are unreliable and lied to me multiple times.

Bought a mini cooper from this place and before the title came in the mail, the car needed over 2000 dollars worth of repairs. They told me its nothing they can do about it.

moe is a nice guy, helped me pick out a car in my price range and set me up with a payment plan. i recommend this spot for anyone who has bad credit but still needs a car.

A pleasure doing business with them, they worked with me for my payments to help line them up with my paydays. very impressed that pretty much the whole family works there, it had a southern hospitality vibe dealing with them. i'm fairly sure they have the largest inventory for that area of town. would buy again from them in the future.

I specially called there this morning after locating a used vehicle online. I advised I would be coming from an hour away. I specifically asked if any interior or exterior issues other than minor scratches - he stated to me that the vehicle was in "great condition". That was totally not the case; while the exterior did only have minor scratches the interior was disgusting. The vehicle had not been vacuumed, even still had a bag of clothes or something in the backseat floor. The plastic coverings on both sides of the steering well were gone and when you opened the drivers door, not only were the seats very worn but the plastic piece on the side was broken and dangling - of course the photo strategically stopped at this point. The salesmen knew that I was coming, couldn't even clean out the garbage from the vehicle and purposely lied to me on the phone about the condition of the vehicle which is the oppositive of "great condition".

I went there looking for a car and the young salesman help me out right away! He broke everything down to me, explain every detail possible. The lady who process the paperwork had me out the door less then 20 mins, I highly recommend their services.

I was very satisfied with the quality of service that I received. They explained everything very well and eventually drove off with the car that I wanted. The fact that this dealership has been in the same place since 1994 also was a plus.
