The service managers, John in particular, have an excellent awareness of how Mopar models are optioned and constructed and seem to know exactly what to do to fix whatever might be wrong.

The sales staff and management were great to me, even after the sale. John Berry not only was honest but serious about helping me, No high pressure, seemed very honest. Even follows up on my service after. Service is great too.!!

Bought a new van from Scott Hebda. He was thorough, calm, not pushy at all, and gave me a lot of great information. I never felt rushed or pressured. Can't ask for a better experience buying a vehicle! And the pricing was better than another Chrysler dealership that I was working with.

Eric Parks was our salesman and he was great from the very beginning of the transaction. Eric is very laid back and easy going, he was never pushy or aggressive. The night we were at the dealership the F&I office was very busy so we had a longer wait to get our paperwork completed, Eric noticed our two young children were getting restless so he went and got coloring books for them to play with while we were waiting. Luckily during the transaction he gently encouraged us to purchase the extended warranty they offer, 1 1/2 weeks after we purchased our vehicle we had multiple warning lights come on, the warranty took care of everything and was everything Eric said it would be. And it wasn't just Eric, we have now interacted with Phil (F&I), Brian (Sales Manager), Dustin and Jason (service) and they have all been genuinely friendly, helpful people and have bent over backwards to make this a great purchase. I highly recommend Eric and this dealership for a used car purchase and look forward to working with them again.
