We did not get the name but he is nice, patient to walk us through the process since this is our first time to use the service. Overall, we highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Shopping for a replacement for my Lexus and came across Niello Volvos ad for an XC90 . Chris contacted me right away after putting in an inquiry and was so responsive and progressional . Like talking with a friend . I So appreciated the white glove service which is not easy to come by now a days . Ask for Chris and make the trip to Sacramento ! I live in Santa Rosa and the dealers around here weren't even close to the service . No games and treated my time with respect . They really all work as a team to make sure clients get fast answers . Thanks Chris Vogel and Andrew Clark in Finance :)
