Sold me a Lemmon don’t buy a car here. Haven’t even made first payment and car is falling apart. Been into their shop 4 times. Bad window motor, suspension, heater motor.

BUYER BEWARE!.. I tried to purchase a Tesla Model 3 from these guys. Went through all the trouble of having it shipped from Reno NV to Houston, TX to only find out that the car was falsely advertised. They had the car advertised as it having "Enhanced Autopilot" (aka FSD), but it did not. If I didn't keep the screenshots of them advertising the car this way I would've been screwed with an overpriced used car. You can imagine but it turned into a scenario of he said, she said. I will never try to do business with these people especially Phil. He is a liar will tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale. The Tesla that they are selling is more than what a brand new one will cost you. A brand new one just like it will cost $48,990 based on Tesla prices online. The Aero wheels should've been included but they were not included and the rims that do come with are scratched. For that much money I rather buy it new which is what I did. They did take the car back after I told them that I would get a lawyer for them falsely advertising the car. Horrible people to do business with. I'm glad I went with a new Tesla instead. Not only you will pay less for it but it's NEW.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! LUCY HAS ZERO CONTROL OVER HER LYING EMPLOYEES!! VERY UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR TO YOUR FACE WHEN THEY ARE THE LIARS!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I went into this dealership because of their truck selection and I was not expecting to buy, but... I found a GMC Sierra I couldn't pass up on. I don't get the negative reviews I read, my experience with them was outstanding, I felt as if they were upfront, honest and transparent throughout the whole buying process. I would definitely recommend them.

Never in my life have a dealt with such seedy liars, folks do your self a favor, go anywhere else...these guys will smill in your face while shaking your hand while devising a way to screw you, yes and they find it amusing...i wouldnt step foot back in that place if it was my last possible option....

I bought a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek about a month ago, and I absolutely love it! The service at Reno Tahoe Auto Group was spectacular, they really care about giving you the best service. I am a first time car buyer and buying a car was very scary for me, but they took the time to explain the process. I truly feel I got the best deal at a great interest rate. I will refer all my friends to get their cars from RTAG.

I would not recommend to anyone.they lied and stole my trade in. I should have trusted my original gut instinct and leave.what the original haggle on paper was was not what the legal contract stated. I wish I had brought a friend to read over my shoulder. This company has no spine.no honer.no ethics.
