Great experience!!

This was my first time buying from Stayton ford and what an great experience. Bought a brand new Ford F350 Diesel, and they couldn't of made it any easier, Very knowledgeable about there diesel trucks. I will defiantly from Hillyers stayton again!

Love My Ecoboost

I entered Hillyers Stayton Ford in late December. I was forced by a family member to go Truck shopping because my old Truck kept giving me problems. It was paid off so I was hesitant to get another Truck payment. When I first arrived at the Hillyers, I was greeted immediately and was introduced to a bubbly guy named Andrew. As stated before, I really wasn't interested in buying a truck, but I knew the truck I wanted to see . Andrew immediately got the keys to a beautiful Ecoboost F150, so I could take it for a test drive. Before the test drive, Andrew explained everything about the truck. I was impressed that he was so knowledgeable. I LOVE THE TRUCK, but I didn't want to deal with a pushy and deceitful sales person. I met deceitful people at a dealership a few years ago, so I was ready for lies. IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT WITH HIM. We laughed, talked about family and friends, talked about my second choice with another brand, benefits of a new truck, and my budget. It didn't take all day ( about 3 hours).. I purchased my first brand new truck I couldn't get it the same day because they didn't have the color I wanted... When I picked up the truck a few days later, I met a happy Andrew again. He helped me learn all of the features in the truck. I am not a technology person so I asked ALOT of questions , but he was extremely patience. Long story short - I had a really good experience at Hillyers Stayton Ford and as I drive my truck around and people see where it was purchased I find out more and more good things about the Hillyers dealerships. In a few years, I will definitely purchase another truck from this dealership. If you go, ask for Andrew Evans. I love great customer service. I am telling everyone lol...

Good Experience

A friend told me about Hillyer's so I stopped by to take a look at their cars. Their staff were great I did not feel pressured during my visit, I ended up buying a Ford Fusion. Very happy with my decision.

No pressure,freindly sales dept.

Came in to look for my daughters first car for college. The sales person came out to greet my daughter and i and asked us if he could be of assistance. My daughter had only a certain amount of money she could spend and so the salesman proceeded to shows some used vehicles within her price range. She picked one out and after he proceeded to show us around the car, we took it on a test drive. She loved it and she bought it. The whole process at Hillyers was low pressure and freindly from beginning to end. I would and will recommend this whole staff from Hillyers to anyone in this area looking for a vehicle.

great car dealership

What a great car buying experience!!!! No pressure No old car sales tricks they treated Us with respect. I would like to say that our salesman Michael Hitch was very helpful in showing us all of our 2015 Fusion Hybrids New technology and also the fact that the General Sales Manager Jon Cooper made the whole process enjoyable from the beginning to the end!!!

Fun and Amazing

I have absolutely nothing but praise & respect for the entire staff at Hillyers Ford. They always seem to know when it is time for me to make a trade and never try to talk me into it before then. The service people are excellent....never have had a bad experience there either. They are very good at having your car ready when they tell you and many times it is even done in less than the time they quote you. The staff who I have dealt with always remember me by name when I come in and that is a good feeling knowing that you aren't just another "face" in the crowd. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend Hillyers to a friend and in fact, I have :). The best part of our Explorer purchase was there expertise in customizing vehicles, we always see vehicles from Hillyers that are classy and stand apart from everyone else and when it came time to do something different with ours they knew the perfect wheels and tires to personalize our Explorer. We get compliments everywhere we go and we are proud to tell people were we got it.

Refreshingly Fun

I have purchased seven vehicles in the last 12 years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I dealt with two people at the dealership. Jon Cooper and my salesman Michael Hitch. Both of these men made this buying experience exceptional. In my experience, I find that a dealership is more interested in your money and making the sale. Customer service/experience is secondary, though they want you to think it is their primary concern. In the end, it is about moving vehicles. Not this time. Michael and Jon made it personal. It was about taking care of me and my wife. That was most important to them and they proved it over and over. In fact, I plan on writing the owner to let him know how great this experience was for us. I will absolutely do business with them again and I will stay wayyyyyyy away from the big dealers.

Easy, efficiant, and spot on!!

We came to the dealer after a friend had mentioned Hillyer's. We knew exactly what we wanted. We met with Robert, we took a drive in a Fusion, and we fell in love. Although he vehicle we test drove was not exactly what we were looking for, Robert had the precise vehicle we wanted at the dealership before the night was out. we signed up, and drove it away that night. Easy, quick and we were treated with care the whole way. What a fun, laid back, genuine experience!! We will definitely be going to Hillyer's for our service needs and when we are ready for our second Fusion, we know exactly where to go and who to ask for!!
