Beware!
DO NOT TRUST THE GUY CEDRICK! This man was super rude! He gave me false information about the price of the car. TWICE! At first I kept asking how much is each car, he wouldn’t tell me the full price he just kept saying that’s $2,000 down to every car I asked about. When I finally said tell me the full price of the car, he said 10, I said $10,000? He said yea so I said ok. He even told me, “whichever car you choose, I will give you the best price”. I was also told I had 30 days after purchase to bring the car back if any concerns. Later I found out they charged me almost $4,000 more than what I he told me. (And that’s just the price of the car, interests not included). I came back the next day to complain about it and Cedrick was extremely rude and unprofessional. He got super defensive (which usually means a person knows he messed up). He got so mad when I wouldn’t back down. He then said, “I didn’t tell you the car was $10,000 I told you it was $12,000. I said, that still doesn’t add up which means you are still giving me the wrong price because on the contract i was charged $13,900. He couldn’t get his facts straight so he got so mad that he quickly became rude and defensive and started talking over me, cutting me off, not allowing me to say anything and saying I had an attitude. He then walked away not wanting to solve the issue. (HOW UNPROFESSIONAL). In the end it was the nice lady in the front desk that helped me out and refunded my deposit even though Cedrick said I couldn’t get my deposit back. I just think no one should be working as a sales person if you do not know how to respond politely to a customer’s concerns.

Platinum has consistently gave me the run around. The vehicle that I bought has had transmission issues since day one, and will not fix the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM!

Still waiting on title!
Bought a vehicle on March 12, 2019 in cash. Platinum still does not have the title to my vehicle I bought. was told it was a trade-in and I would have the title very soon. Called the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles today (6/12/19) and they told me that platinum hasn't even started title work. They keep giving me the run around for a title to a vehicle I paid cash for over 3 months ago! Make sure if buying from these people you make them show you, that they have a title.

Where do I start? Once upon a time I needed a good work truck that would be dual, stylish, economical. I was introduced to Chris Cassels, and he started to do his magic. It seemed like there was no way that I could get the truck (2007 f-150 Texas Edition) that I needed. Somehow, after several attempts to make it happen I got the approval to buy the truck. Chris has so many tricks up his sleeve. Not taking no for an answer was his motto. Chris went to bat for me, and now I have exactly the perfect truck. Don't waste your time talking to anyone except him. if you do, don't say I didn't warn you. Chris Cassels is the one you want. He get's he job done!
