Nathan conducted himself as a genuine pro - very helpful in facilitating the lease process Karl Vonder Schmatz: Over the years I've bought and/or leased more cars than I can remember. The same holds true for dealing with sales reps. I put Karl in an elite class of sales pro's - head and shoulders above the norm. I was sufficiently positively impressed that I will refer others to him without hesitation whenever the opportunity presents itself

I did not met Frank. We closed a deal with Gary Smith and he has been so patient and helpful. The first time, me & my daughter, stopped in, we were looking at cars for a good 15 minutes & no one said hi to us. Gary came down the stairs and approached us right away. Super friendly, answered all our questions. We came back and closed 2 deals. Coincidently, 7 yrs ago, I bought my first Audi from him too :) Nathan was also great.....overall, so happy with our 2 new Audis!
