Started out great but quickly turned poor. I was about to purchase a very rare car from them and was ready to put a deposit down. However, when I reached out to let them know I was ready to do so I did not hear back anything from them for several days. Three days later when I followed up the car had sold even though I had been coordinating the details of shipping, etc. for over a week. Apparently if someone else shows up with a check in hand it doesn't matter and they will happily sell it out from under you. With customer service and sales ethics like this it is no wonder Infiniti is a dying brand. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A RIPP OFF!!!!! BEWARE
Went into the dealership 2 weeks ago to buy a used Cadillac Escalade .That was advertised on carguru. Sat down with the salesman Thomas who was pleasant and seem very honest. Picked out a car filled out some paperwork. He took it into his sales manager Whose name is? Abbebe Ellis. He came back in with the paperwork. Had changed the whole car deal.,that Thomas showed us.Told us the vehicle was more money. It wasn't the one we signed the papers for, that Thomas showed us on the internet. Abbebe:: said oh this is a different one. I'm going to get it for you. I'm going to get you a deal on this one.Then Ellis insisted I put $3,000 down. I told him I spoke with Thomas,on how much I was going to spend & how much I wanted my payments to be. I put $2,500 down .Both of them told us (my fiance and I) .The car would be in Monday or Tuesday. It never got there. The following Friday he said he was going to get another car inn,by Monday or Tuesday.It never got there.. Two weeks later we still don't a car. But he's got our money. An he cashed the check the same day he took it from me. I asked them if it was refundable !!! If I didn't like the car. They BOTH SAID YES. I WROTE REFUNDABLE ON THE CHECK!!! I told them both,I wasn't going to keep paying for a rental(500.) We told Thomas on saturday that I was going to start looking looking elsewhere. Sunday late afternoon Thomas called an said: I can get you a rental from here Monday. He did not know when the car would be there.!! I told him I pick out another Cadillac Escalade earlier Sunday afternoon.Thomas said oh, you can't have your deposit back. When I was at The othere dealership( ORANGE PARK AUTO MALL) PICKING UP MY CADILLAC ESCALADEI CALLED ABBEBE. He said I WASN'T GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEN SAID I DONT HAVE TO TALK TO YOU xxxxx AN HUNG UP!!!! I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN THAT WORKS HARD FOR MY MONEY. AN DONT NEED TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE THEY DID BEWARE !!! If this happens to you. Call an report to this place. It is illegal for them to keep a deposit. You can REPORT THEM TO - F. L. H. S. M. B.
