Please take a few moments to review my “Customer Experience” with Giovanna at Volvo Cars of North Miami-FL. Each phone call I made and each text message I sent her, Gio replied instantly. She made me feel as if I was her “only” customer and I know she was also very busy assisting others. I must admit, I’m one of the most difficult persons to sell an automobile too. Gio worked on my price offers relentlessly, then entered Marlon. Eventually, after 2 weeks of dealing with both Gio & Marlon, we all reached an acceptable deal. Gio and Marlon of Volvo Cars of North Miami even went “over and beyond” to assist me with getting my vehicle transported to Arkansas. Gio & Marlon kept me updated with every phase of my vehicle purchase. Rite Way Auto Transport’s driver name David, delivered my vehicle ahead of schedule and he was EXTREMELY professional. What a great customer experience…. Gio & Marlon, I want to let you know how much I enjoyed the “outrageous customer service” you all provided! I will highly recommend your dealership to anyone seeking to purchase an automobile – new or used. BTW, ask for Gio!!!!!!

BEST Volvo service in Florida. Tried to get into my local Volvo service center owned by Gunther Volvo- a SUPER nightmare. Miguel Garcia picked up my car and brought it to North Miami Volvo for it's yearly service. He redelivered it back to me the following day. Miguel is extremely professional and a SUPER NICE guy who deserves the highest of praise. I would HIGHLY recommend both Miguel and North Miami Volvo....'.stay away from Gunter.....

Both Moudy (our salesperson) and Serdar (Sales Manager) were excellent to deal with. Moudy took the time and effort to answer all of our questions and would respond to texts and emails in a very timely manner. Serdar did what he could to make the deal work and was transparent. There are many dealerships in Miami but most do not prioritize customer service and experience. Both Moudy and Serdar focussed on the customer experience and made the process of leasing a car relatively painless!
