I only do reviews when I feel its deserved, whether its negative or positive and I can say this dealer deserves 5 stars for their customer service and respect. They weren't your typical dealership where your pressured to buy and especially no extra funny numbers coming out right before your about to sign. Not a single issue with the vehicle. Overall very pleasant people to deal with.

Very good customer service from everyone. My mom found a Nissan Altima she liked at a reasonable price. When the lady called me back I explained to her that we were coming from Richton Park and we didn't want to waste our time coming in if she didn't qualify. We then filled out an online application and the service overall was very prompt and efficient- followed up and returned all calls without giving us the run around. We've had the car for about a week now and are satisfied with the overall process.

I submitted an online application and the lady followed up with me right away. Honest people told me the truck I was looking for had been sold but they were able to get me an approval for something else. I was in the same day, overall everyone is very nice and friendly. They have a lot of variety in terms to different makes and models and they were able to work with my trade in even though I was in the negative since my old car loan was more than the car was even worth. Very satisfied glad I went down this route and will be sending my family their way.

I'm so grateful for Baha. I had been turned down a few times by other dealerships so I was afraid to restart the process only to be turned down again. I couldn't have been more surprised when I went in because they were so patient and willing to work with me. The other dealerships I had been to saw my credit and automatically discarded me and turned me away without even giving me any options. With the help of John and the finance guy Ali I was able to get me and my kids moving in a good car at a good price. Thank you Baha for giving me a chance! Great staff and great service!
