What a great Dealership!

What a great Dealership! Logan Dresher my Leasing Consultant was Professional, Knowledge and so very helpful. As was Gene Allen the Finance Manager. I left on cloud 9, totally secure with my Kicks Logan guided me through every inch of that car!! Thanks again Logan.

James Comes sales Consultant knows his vehicles.

James Comes sales Consultant knows his vehicles. He listen to what I was looking for amd brought them to the doir to look at. James is so kind and understanding and helped me make a decision. He explained and took me through the whole step to purchase and Josh Cohen wrote up the best deal. What a nice clean inviting dealership that greet you and dont leave you waiting. The cars are top notch clean, organized in lot and location is so easy to get in and out. Glad I switched dealers to them as they make shopping easy.

We are very disappointed in this dealership and how they

We are very disappointed in this dealership and how they handled our recent interest in a vehicle on their lot. We are out-of-state and contacted the dealership on a Saturday expressing interest in a particular vehicle they had on their lot. We were contacted by a salesman fairly quickly and due to us being out-of-state, he agreed to do a video of the vehicle for us and answered all of our questions. This is the reason for the "fair" rating. When it came time to put together a deal, we were asked to wait until Monday, due to the used car manager being off until then. We agreed. We called early Monday morning when the dealership opened to get the numbers on our trade(s) so that we could put together a deal. We were prepared to buy the vehicle. We were told at that point that no numbers had been put together yet, but they would get back to us. The salesman said that Mondays can be "a tad bit busy" so "please bear with me." We made a follow-up call a couple of hours later, to which we were told they were still waiting for the numbers on our trade(s). There was no further contact made until after 5:00pm, which again we had to initiate. We got no response until after 6:00pm, and were told at that point that the vehicle had sold. We are very disgusted in how we were treated as phone/internet customers. Regardless of Mondays being busy, we should have been treated the same way as if we were sitting at the salesman's desk. We were never truly given the opportunity to buy the vehicle, nor were the "numbers" on our vehicles ever shared with us. You must have to be there in person to get the attention you deserve. We feel this is poor business, especially when so many purchases these days are able to made on the internet and/or the phone. Our experience with Ed Martin Nissan in Fishers, IN was not positive.

I want to start off by saying I have no affiliation with this business in anyway shape or form except for being a customer. My car had a small tapping noice coming from the engine so I decided to take it in to the dealership service department. Long story short I needed to have my engine replaced. I had the extended warranty on the car but wasn't exactly sure what it covered. The service department (Simon Austin and 1 other gentlemen) took over and said we'll work it out with in warranty company and that they would get back with me. A few days later Simon called me and said it's all taken care of and that the warranty is picking up all the cost except my 100.00 deductible. Simon took it a step further and worked out a great deal on a rental car while they replaced my engine. My experience with this service team has been nothing but over the top service. These days it's hard to find people in the service industry to do their job let alone go up and above what is required of them. Great job......
