Paul Bernadoni is the worst salesman I have ever dealt with! This was my 50th vehicle. Paul screwed up my interest rate and when I told the finance guy my rate was wrong Paul told me this is not a negotiation you sign the papers and thats it! Question everything at this dealership they will try to rob you blind! The finance guy also told me he just went over the paperwork he didn't actually do the loans however when he had to fix ( their screw up) he reworked the entire deal right in front of me so for someone who doesnt do the actual loans he sure knew how to do the loan over! The only reason I took this truck was because I didn't want to wait another 3 months. Paul also lied about the time frame on when the truck would be delivered!

I'd recommend anyone to this dealership. From sales to finance to sales manager, what a staff. And we didn't wait that long to get our Corolla Cross. Love it.
