HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I wish I could give negative stars. Drove 2 hours with 3 little kids, with a snow storm coming. The crooks lied to us about the vehicle we were supposed to purchase. Tire GASHED!! Inside destroyed! I walked in and explained I was a mom of 3 and we had equipment for our remediation service that we had to get here in Ohio. We are from Kentucky. The drive home is 2 hours and I kindly begged them for something that would work. They were RUDE, unhelpful, and I would NEVER GIVE THESE CREEPS MY SERVICE.

My husband found this dealership and began a conversation with Nina whom he quickly trusted. I am 6 months pregnant with our first child and we need a reliable vehicle. Everyone was nice congratulating us on our first child and understood why we were there. We bought a Buick from Dixie motors on 11/22/2024 they promised my husband and I that each car has been inspected and certified. 12 hours later the vehicle broke down 11/23/2024. We called Dixie Motors they stated that the Boss had stepped out and that someone would call us ASAP. We never received a call. We took the vehicle to the Buick dealership who told us that there was nothing they could do to get the car in running condition that the car had rusted and rotted parts along with a rap sheet of other issues, they advised us to return the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle Nina stated that we should have never bought the vehicle that she promised us was in great condition. We left the car on the lot, and have filed a report with the Attorney General.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I have been completely scammed by this place. I currently have a car with this company. I was told I had a warranty when I first got the car, Tried to use it- it suddenly no longer exists. I tried to trade my car in when I had only a little bit of money left to owe, suddenly they don't let you trade cars in when told I was able too. A complete waste of time. every time I call them they either don't answer, do not want to talk, and sound like its a problem to answer questions. I would recommend NEVER going here. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Courteous and friendly. They did not try to jack the price up with "mandatory" fees, surprise costs. I am very satisfied. Dixie motors the best

That is Good place to purchase a vehicle from that place. You must've to visit this place if you are interested to buy a good car in reasonable price.

Coming in, we weren’t even expecting to leave with a car that me and my girlfriend would fall in love with.They was super nice and charismatic. He was a very young, so seeing someone our age was very crazy to see. He showed us the car we originally were looking for but after we decided it wasn’t for us he made sure to find us something with a similar price range and to fit our needs. We found a beautiful Tucson and after test driving it we knew it was for us.The team and his manager made the process very smooth with our trade in and purchasing this new car. Also ringing the bell was super fun!

I bought a van 7 weeks ago. Today 11/27/2022 I've had it in my possession 3 days. They have had it 4 weeks this time fixing it. I test drove it had a warning light. They fixed it They said, went picked it up. Same warning light came on on the way home. I took it back picked it in two weeks They said it was fixed. Made it home, the next day same light came on. They told me it was defective parts They said ram issued a bulletin They have newer better built parts. I called ram, all bs. I would stay away from this lot, they lie to you, act like they care. Once you buy it good luck.

I was in the market for a specific vehicle that they happened to have but ended up not purchasing for personal reasons. They were extremely helpful the entire time and never pressured me despite me being indecisive. Thank you for the great customer service and I'm sure I'll be back at some point.

I walked in the shop after i did not get a call back to give me details about a vehicle. I told them it looks like they are livyup to some of the bad reviews I am seeing online. The dude went off with an attitude stating I didn’t have to deal with them. I also stated that they have a car clearly overpriced. Even cargurus had them overpriced but they teied to tell me they initially had it listed higher and had just dropped the price like I was some illiterate fool like them.
