I found Joe to be very knowledgeable and helpful in my process however I was not turned off by the customer service. After trying to go through paperwork and read the fine print all I could hear were their office personal speaking to their customers quite awful. I asked myself if that's what I wanted to deal with when coming in? If I am paying my hard earned money for a new car I do not want to deal with hearing obsenities 15 times in 1 sentence out of what is supposed to be customer service. It made the experience feel not right. Despite the reputation I took a chance and was proved right. I assure you that is not a good way to bring in new customers.
