If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would.  We bought a Kia EV6 at this dealership and it was a good experience, but when it comes to servicing the vehicle, they fail miserably.   From the day I drove it off the lot, there was a vibration while on the highway.  When I took it into the service department, the service advisor, said it was possibly out of balance.  I was charged over $100 to rebalance the tires, though I learned later this should have been covered by the tire warranty.  I paid and drove off.  The problem persisted.  The console vibrated too!   Brought it back a couple months later.  The previous service advisor no longer worked there.  The new advisor, said they would rebalance the tires and do a front-end alignment.  I got a call from service advisor the next day that the tires had been balanced but that during the balancing process all four wheels were scratched up and they needed the car another day to repair the wheels.  I was charged for a front-end alignment, about $140!   I left the dealership, the vibration issue seemed to be resolved, but that was short lived.  I also noticed the steering wheel was no longer centered; if you hold the steering wheel level, the car veers to the left.  The service advisor said they were not responsible for the steering problem, that “highway 163 has a tilt to it”.  From my previous experience as an auto/diesel technician, it appeared to me that the front end might have been mis-aligned.  If the alignment was out, that could also cause the vibration.     Made another appointment.  Issue was escalated.  He said there was foam inside the Continental tires that are likely causing the vibration.  He said the foam can come off inside the tires and cause the vibration I’ve been complaining about since last May 2024.  The advisor said he could have it removed, rebalance the tires/wheels, and do an ALL wheel alignment (front and rear) that would also fix the steering being off center.   The next day afternoon I picked up the car.  Before leaving the lot I inspected the car.  All the wheels were again damaged, scratched up in the process of tire removal and wheel balancing.  I walked back inside and informed (service advisor) who was now handling my ticket.  He came out and said he would contact me and schedule a time for the wheels to be repaired.  This is the 2nd time for wheel repairs.   I called Continental Tires and asked about the foam.  They said the dealership should not have removed the foam from all the tires.  The foam is there to make the ride quieter and smoother.  If one tire’s foam was coming off inside, that would cause the vibration, and the tire should have been replaced for free under warranty.   I’ve been civil with these people, paid for services that should have been under warranty, all to no avail.  I have noisy tires without factory foam with no further warranty, there is more road noise when on the freeway, the steering is still off kilter, and the wheels are scratched up.    Weeks have passed and no further response from the dealer.  I’ve emailed the general manager, service manager, service advisors, and have gotten no reply.
