They never answer the phone!
They never answer the phone! They don’t text you back with any updates. They keep your car for weeks. My car has been there since Monday. I called and texted the service number all day Monday and no response. Finally Tuesday Sean service advisor calls and says oh I tried texting yesterday but didn’t hear back, doesn’t think to call, finally Tuesday afternoon was able to talk to him via text. Told me car would be seen by end of business day. Here we are Friday no update, no changes to my car, hasn’t been seen, can’t get a hold of anyone.

Thanks for finally chiming in! It’s interesting how quickly you respond to a public review, yet I’ve been trying to reach someone all week without success. Sean texting “at least once” doesn’t exactly count as active communication—especially when my car has been sitting untouched since Monday with zero updates. I’ve now had to pay out-of-pocket for a rental car because of delays caused by your team, and I even provided notarized proof of ownership that your service staff refused to acknowledge. This isn’t just about poor communication—it’s about accountability. I’ll be emailing jfarminer@kearnymesaford.com as suggested, but I truly hope that gets more attention than my calls and texts did. Looking forward to a real resolution—not just a public response.
