Worst dealership ever

Do not under any circumstances purchase a car from this dealership! I purchased a 2004 Chrysler 300M from this dealership. They did not disclose as required under the federal trade commission the amount of known issues with the car. The car was sold with issues that aren't clearly visible, however, I have found they were known issues of the dealership! Therefore, by a federal trade commission law, they are required to disclose that information! They did not! Do not trust these people. They will lie to you. They will take your money and you are shafted...

Worst place I have ever been

I have purchased many vehicles on Ebay and other on line places. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Oil light on after 6 hours of leaving the dealer and Marc refused to take the car back. I admit, it was clear that I bought it as is. The title did not come as promised. After 2 calls where I was told it was "mailed yesterday" a week apart, it did not go out until I filed a complaint with the State of Florida since it was past 30 days. Since Florida makes an out of state buyer pay sales tax at the time of purchase, South Dakota requires an additional form. Marc refuses to sign it, further holding up my being able to transfer the title. He said he would call the South Dakota Tax Collector, but never did. Additionally, he bypassed Ebay, and refused to let me pay for the car with PayPal.

Go elsewhere

Anyone looking for anything even remotely quality, go elsewhere. Worked with Marc from start to finish, which of course started out great; but over the course of the experience I received false information on multiple occasions. Vehicle was posted saying shipping nationwide from $200-$900, and I was charged $1,500 - obviously based on distance, but regardless the post was/is false advertisement; posted as $200-$900, my max should have been $900... Then the original shipment company didn't want to transport the vehicle because one of the back windows was shattered- which was in none of the pictures or video of the vehicle, so it must've happened at the dealership- but they were talked into taking it anyway; luckily (I thought), the shipment company found me a replacement window.. Then there was a falling out between the dealership and that shipment company, so they took the vehicle back; at which point Marc told me he had a window on order and that it would be replaced.. However, the vehicle still arrived with that broken window, and without the original shipment companies replacement window.. I attempted contacting Marc numerous times, with zero follow up. I made the purchase very easy for Marc, and being at a distance I put my trust in him (that I obviously shouldn't have - my fault there). Even with all that said and done, I wasn't going to write this, I was going to just leave it be and blame myself, but now the vehicle won't even turn over to start... So again, anyone looking for anything even remotely quality, be that the actual vehicle or the experience, go elsewhere.

Best buying experience

Purchased a low mileage car for Southwest Florida auto and was happy with the whole experience. The people are friendly, the facilities are inviting and clean, the car was as described. We had one issue and they went out of there way to fix it right away! Very professional and would highly reccomend!!!

Very pleased with my car and the service.

It's a small dealership, and they seem to really care about their business. It was very easy to work with these guys. Their mechanic seemed very knowledgeable too.

SOLD BEFORE I GOT THERE!!!

My experience with Southwest Florida Auto was not a good one! After negotiating a deal with a salesman there and agreeing on a price ( we even arranged for a locksmith to install a keyless entry ) the car was sold for a higher price to someone else just hours before I got there. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

1.The person only called us, never came in to the dealership 2. There was no agreed-upon negotiation, their offer was well below asking price and also wanted us to take it to a mechanic an hour away and provide them an additional keyless entry FOB. "We" went out of her way to make arrangements with a locksmith to make this happen, we also have a full time certified mechanic available on site. 3. Customer then called us and said they were "not" sure if they're ready to buy or not 4. An actual buyer came in and bought the vehicle (paid the asking price)and is very happy with the car (Pontiac Aztec) 5. We called the person to let them know it was no longer available so they did not inconvenience themselves by driving from Naples 6. We pride ourselves on selling a good clean low mileage vehicle and do our best to keep out customers happy.

Mercury grand Marquis

I'm very happy with my experience. They were super accommodating and worked with me and my budget to make sure I got the car I wanted. The location is in a weird spot, I got lost trying to find it because it's behind a Taco Bell, but otherwise it's all good. They have a great selection of cars. The dude who helped me, Dave, was really friendly and wiling to help out

Satisfied Customer

Just bought a car for my daughter. I was impressed by the variety of clean low mileage cars and there friendly staff. A bit hard to find and a little disorganized but easy to deal with and they seem very honest.

Awesome car!!!!

Purchased an Audi A6 about a week ago and couldn't be happier. The car is clean, runs perfect! I had a 3rd party specialist look it over and they said the car was nearly perfect. The staff was friendly and patient and helpful. Not pushy. they have a nice selection of clean cars. Highly recommend them! Got a great deal !
