Matt worked diligently and thoroughly.

Matt worked diligently and thoroughly. He was very insightful and did stellar work. Also spoke with Martin about possibly finding a new car. He was knowledgeable and attentive, knew exactly what we needed! 10/10 would come back.

Service was top notch as always.

Service was top notch as always. I was greeted immediately upon entering the service department. The explanation of service was explained, and the car was ready in the time frame that was promised. The waiting area was also decent.

If you remember 97X, The Future of Rock and Roll, you remember the commercials for Northland Volkswagen. I was a customer then, and I remain a customer of the talented service team at (now) Joseph Volkswagen. The radio station is gone, but the excellent VW service survives.

Ryan and the team were so great walking us through every part of the car buying process. Walked in just wanting to look at a few models and test drive to walking away with the car that we love! They were very transparent about everything cost wise, and made sure we got the best deal while keeping us protected. Very grateful for their time and guidance!
