Bad service

Took my jeep in to have my heater fan fixed.Found out there was a wire burnt.Did not have part.Did not fix, charged me 132.00 and left the motor on the floor. Was told I would have to fix it myself.Who does this to people. When I showed my displeasure all I gor was a shifty grin. Will never do business with this dealer again.Charge that much for a 30 min job if that

BEWARE of Vehicle price prior to talking to anyone

Make sure to check dealer website prior to looking at any vehicle. Their " best" price was $ 500 above what it was posted for on their website. What a joke. They are more worried about running a credit score than telling you the actual price of the vehicle. Keep your overpriced vehicles.

Avoid the service department

***Caution Service Department, Avoid*** We have a van that has always been taken care of on normal scheduled visits to BZ in Lewisburg. We live closer to Fairfield so started taking the car there for service. I'm posting reviews for everyone so they don't get ripped off. I will also be filing with the better business bureau and contacting Doge direct. Our van is driven from Danville to Bloom once a day and during the school year and not much during the summer. Here's a breakdown. We had explained that we don't want to dump a bunch of money into the vehicle, but every time we get it fixed, it's a new problem. I feel like they're ripping people off or they don't know what they're doing. 03/28/18. Check engine light. Replaced a bunch of spark plugs, 4 injectors and coil, heater hose assembly. Total cost $1,060.45 04/09/18. Check engine light back on. Charge to hook up to system $39.95. Stated that this is totally separate from previous repair a week prior. 04/17/18. Fuel pump seal and housing leaking. Van needed a new fuel tank assembly. Total cost $1609.85 12/03/18. Check engine light on again, van makes a loud noise over 30mph sometimes. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there for 2 weeks until they could look at it on 12/18/18. They stated they couldn't find anything wrong. 07/25/19 Check engine light. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there while going on vacation. They said the noise from a previous check in December was due to the tires, although the noise went away after they did something to the transmission this repair. They stated the engine light was from the transmission and it needed replacement of trans filter flushing cooler and solenoid range sensor. Total cost $1346.20 08/17/19 Picked the vehicle up from the July repair and the next day 08/18/19, check engine light is back on. 09/19/19. Brought the van back in. They worked on it for 15 minutes and charged us almost $40, even after telling the manager we shouldn't have to pay the $40 and they said it's a separate issue. Now this time they want $2940 for a catalytic converter.

Danville Pa.

We got a notice in the mail that we won a 50 inch tv and to come down and get it. We set up our appointment and only walked out of there with a cheap smart watch. The staff was not very friendly.

Bought used truck

Shelbi was a very knowledgeable sales person. She knew all the options/features on the truck we were looking at and was super helpful during the buying process. She even shared her office knick-knacks with my daughter to help keep her occupied. The finance specialist, Dave was also very friendly in explaining the different financial aspects and details. I was given the same respect as my husband even though it was going in his name, doors were held open and they shook my hand. Definitely happy with our purchase, they even made upgrades and Shelbi kept us updated with changes. Would recommend buying from them.

bad business

this dealership couldn't offer me a brand new vehicle for free to even get my business. most ignorant and two faced staff. my husband got his vehicle from them and they keep giving him issues and run around on the service. I tried to get a vehicle and they kept giving me the run around and then wouldn't return calls or emails. they aren't willing to make any kind of deal. I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent when purchasing.. Awful when servicing!!

As soon as you purchase a vehicle... you no longer matter.. the service guys are incompetent, unhelpful, and rude. I was lied to and then made to seem like an idiot, and not to metion prices!! $70 for an oil change!! Rediculous!! Almost seems like your bothering them if you have a problem with the car you bought from THEM! I usually don’t right reviews because I have better things to do, but I felt I needed to write something to save other folks the hassle!
