DONT DO IT!

DONT DO IT!! Bought a used car, 2 yrs old. Drove for 2 days engine light came in. Brought it in for service, they have now had it for a month with no resolution. Can't speak on New Cars, but for used?? DOOOO NOOOOOTTT DOOOO ITTTTT!! WORST customer service and the Sales Manager is 🗑!!! His idea of resolving was to run my credit again and me paying down another $7k plus taxes and fees!! Not willing to budge on anything, not willing to address the issue. Watch the exaggerated refresher fees and other associated fees because they obviously don't check for anything. Worst experience purchasing a vehicle!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Stay away from this dealership.

Stay away from this dealership. They will lie and scam you to get your business, and then will not help you afterwards. Bought my new 2024 jeep from them. Had an issue with the bumper, so brought it back to them. They told me it's a common issue, but not covered under warranty. They'll do me a favor since I bought it there and see what they can do. After they had my vehicle for 4 days they said they couldn't do anything and would have to charge me to fix it. I thought that was a little strange, so I went to a different dealership. That different dealership.Yes, everything that you are having an issue with is covered under warranty.

This place is a sham.

This place is a sham. We went to buy a new jeep wrangler. We were told multiple times the specific jeep we wanted was on its way. It was never on its way. It was a ruse to get us to buy something they already had on their lot. These people are liars.

my truck went in to the dealership October 4th for an

my truck went in to the dealership October 4th for an oil change and a bubbled dashboard. It came back 3x with 6% oil pressure .each time having to be towed or brought back to dealership. Since then joey accardi is still in lives dion of the truck. I've been there, I've talked I've sokee to Rick tge service provider I've been told nothing but bulkxxxx stories regarding the situation ,including the trick can not be fixed. Last time I was there I was told by Dane my truck was not in the system no one is working on it and they don't know where the key is its now 5 months later and approx 5600$ in payments for tge lease n the insurance and joey accardi is in possession of tge vehicle. I've tried to work with an attorney because the sakes dept and the service dept tell me truck can't be fixed nothing they can do.. am I supposed to keep paying 1100 a month for a car I don't have? I've been a long time customer 250k in cars from u guys and this is how I get treated? James lieberman

worst dealership in town

If I could give this dealership 0 stars that would be too good for the. The worst customer service ever in sales and especially service. No communication. They are so short handed they can not get work done or even have time to look at your vehicle. I can't stress enough to avoid this dealership at all cost.

Great Experience!

My experience with the dealership was great from start to finish. We did all the negotiations prior to going to the dealer. Once we got there everything was as promised. One of the best car purchase experiences I’ve ever had! Ivan was a pleasure to deal with, he was friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him.

Amazing Dealership

The easiest process possible and they beat their competitors on a lease price by close to $150.00 a month. Stephen was a great salesman and I definitely will recommend!!

Scammed no title

We are from Indiana and We paid cash for a 2002 Ford Thunderbird on Feb 7, 2023 at their Pompano Beach store. STILL HAVE NOT received the title. Spoke several times to Kyle, then Rachel Bravo who now won’t answer our calls or return them. Spoke to her last week they do NOT have the title there’s some issue. We are calling a lawyer next. I even reached out to the owner on Linked In, with no response. Typical. We have bought many cars In florida and would never ever recommend them Or do business there again. Scammers.

Dodge ram 2020 roof leak , door crashed

Yeah i bought a 2020 dodge ram 1 week with the car i started noticing alot of problems roof leak, alignment, missing things also found out the car was crashed prior to buying the car they specifically advised me it had never been in a acident and it has been and its not on the carfax the back door was fixed wrong some parts not painted guy didnt cover when painted body work is not good at all i went there to talk to the guys no one helped me chris the managar spoke with him he said for me to figure it out said i was annoying going there shrugged his shoulders turned around and walked away said he wasnt going to do nothing so desrespectful in someway they are dishonest and dont stand behind there veiculo

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE FOR SERVICE

Hopefully, this review saves someone from going to this horrible dealership for service. I went to get other work done (the collision department has good service and tried their best to help), but I had problems with my key fob on a Jeep that I had purchased only six months prior. Dealers kept changing the battery, which would die a few days later. I explained this numerous times to the service department at Joey Accardi t and showed them the three battery receipts I had where they had replaced them. Melvin Rivas started screaming at me that he didn’t care if I had receipts and would have to go with what the technician said. I left, and the next day, it stopped working. I called him several times, texted him, and even left a message with another service advisor, and he never returned my call. I then scheduled an appointment to do my next service with Schumacher Jeep and explained the situation. Immediately, there is a different level of service there. Cindy, who was not my advisor, approached me and asked how she could help. I told her I had an appt with Carmelo. He was on the phone, so she said she would start the service ticket for him. I also told her about the key fob situation, and she said they would have to check to see if I damaged it, but if not, it would be under warranty. So, I went into the lounge to work, and Carmelo called me a few hours later to tell me that someone had stripped one of my tire threads and replaced it at no charge. They also were ordering me a new key fob that would be in the next day. At the end of the service, he returned to the lounge and handed me my keys. The experience was NIGHT AND DAY! Schumacher Jeep now has a life-long customer. I will never go anywhere else to service my Jeep!
