Found online a VW Taos I was interested in, so deciced to

Found online a VW Taos I was interested in, so deciced to drive over to dealership, which is about 40 miles, to take a look and negotiate a price. I talked to salesman who when and got the sales manager. Told them the price I found online and the manager told me the price would be sticker plus dealer incentives. WHAT??? I told them the internet price and she said that the price would be sticker plus. So, I wrote them off for ever buying a VW from them

Avoid this place. Service is clulesd

Brought in for Clock Spring replacement. Came back to me with more problems then it came in with. Cruise control not working. Bluetooth switches not working. Airbag light is on. Ambient temperature sensor broken. Digital speedometer not working. All the above was working when I brought it in. They refuse to acknowledge they did anything wrong.

Avoid this place. Service is clulesd

My Volkswagen Experience

Volkswagen Florence is simply the best. Their customer service is amazing. Representatives are warm and hospitable waiting to meet your every need. I needed a car fast and within 3 days of submitting my documents I had my car, everything was in place. My sales rep Dante' Anthony is superb, he went beyond the call of duty to make sure I got my car and my insurance was in place. Volkswagen is the best car dealership. Their leasing process is as easy as 1-2-3. Need a car today... Volkswagen is to place to go .

My Volkswagen Experience

Passat disel SEL service

Recently I went for routine service, oil change, fluid checks ect. A month later a warning while driving the an ikon flashes I pulled over to check my service book to let me know.. it was the”””AdBlue level is low . “”” I called theVW service. I was upset that it wasn’t included as a routine service a month prior. I proceeded to go to them, but a few days laterK I noticed some crystals, white spots... opened the trunk and there were more of the white spots,, they had spilled the DEF all over the carpet, very sloppy. Charged $10 for fluid and $33 for adding the fluid!!! Very poor workmanship, this was totally incompetent service

Service

I had my Volkswagon Jetta towed to the service department because the ignition locked and would not unlock. Mary was very helpful in getting the parts ordered. When I was notified that it was ready, the guy informed me that several other things that had been repaired recently needed repairing. How funny, that tends to always happen when I take my car to them. Yet the big shocker was when I went to pick up my car the keyless entry system was not working where it had been the day it was towed to the dealership. The key, chip in keyless entry system, and ignition had been replaced and reprogramed yet the keyless entry system would no longer lock or unlock the doors, or open the trunk. Wonder why? The guy who graciously took my approximately $850 stated that it had nothing to do with the repairs that had been made to the keyless entry box! I in turn told him that it was working before the gadget was repaired. He then proceeded to want to tell me that he could not help that it was not working and after several back and forth comments he stated he would check with the technician whom had performed the repairs, he said that the technician stated that the repairs had nothing to do with the keyless entry not working. I ask to see the technician who then stated the same. Why would something that was working perfect before not be working when a vehicle is being picked up? This is the second time I have had this problem of taking my car to this dealership for repairs and picking it up and something else mysteriously not working properly that was working perfect before they made repairs. Just thought that everyone should know before choosing this dealership for repairs.

Service

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Lauren and her team in the service department were awesome!! They were helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional! We drove 1.5 hours just to be treated well during our service, and they delivered!!
