We went to check out a vehicle, and it had a lot of touch-up paint that didn't match the color of the vehicle. I'm glad I looked the vehicle over a second time before I spent over 40k. I went back to negotiate the price due to all the scratches and scrapes, but the manager, Jeffery, or whatever his name was, didn't want to hear it. He told me, "They would rather sell to a customer with a trade because they would make more profit, which is understandable! I ended up going online and found a nicer vehicle 2 years newer with fewer miles and in perfect condition for the same price. I should have searched at other locations at the beginning because the biggest mistake I made was going to this poorly managed FLY BY NIGHT used car dealership in Auburn. The only person who had it together was your salesperson. I'm sure glad I didn't purchase a vehicle from you. I surely won't be recommending your business to any of my family or friends for sure! All I can say is that your unprofessional behavioral response is what it is! Good luck being you in this business! By they way you sorry excuse for a human! I'm not your BOY! Unlike most dealers, they won't just stock any random car on their lot. They are truly experts in the luxury vehicles they offer and work hard to bring those "one of a kind" models that people love. They’re straight forward with you, and I see that some people are so weary of the industry that they take it the wrong way. They sell supreme vehicles at a fair price and sent me away in my dream car With a warranty that paid for itself in the end. Sadly, I was hit recently and lost my car. After multiple valuations, I realized how great of a deal I was blessed with. When my litigation comes to an end, I will be doing business with Jeff and his team again.
