I hoped that l'd found a good deal on a used truck.

I hoped that l'd found a good deal on a used truck. I drove it off the lot and within an hour the check engine light was on. Since they'd closed by then, I took the truck to Autozone to pull the code: they sold me a truck missing a catalytic converter. When I returned the next day, I was told "that happens sometimes because of the location." It is ILLEGAL to sell a vehicle without a catalytic converter!! Wild that they're knowingly selling vehicles that aren't fully functional- I will warn anyone looking to buy from here to double check that you're receiving all the parts you think you're paying for. Better yet, don't shop here. On a personal note, this dealership has salespeople who urgently need to learn customer service and would benefit from sensitivity training. First we were ignored for a good 10 minutes when we walked in the door-the gal at the desk looked at us then got on the internet to shop for shoes. I was asked when my baby is due and whether I'm having a boy or a girl. Not that my body is the business of anyone but my doctor, but it turns out I'm just plain old fat. These people should be ashamed and won't get any money from me.
