I had planned to take the shuttle home and pick my truck

I had planned to take the shuttle home and pick my truck up later. The service writer told me that it would only take about 45 minutes to service my truck. I decided to stay and it was finished in 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful.

The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they

The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they made me feel like a part of a family. I was not pushed to purchase anything only the negotiated car price , processing fee $599 and $10 tax. They listened to my concerns about the used car I was looking and added brand new tires, charged Freon and did rims touch up and detailed my car perfectly.Also free oil changes for the life of the car. The sales reps Wesley and Kendall were very attentive and never pushy. Highly recommend Metro Ford!

Negotiations were straight forward Everything was delivered as agreed and on time. I had a special request to load my motorcycle into the van which was done cheerfully. I received a follow up call inquiring if I arrived safely. This dealership is exemplary

Brian was really personable, and easy to deal with.

Brian was really personable, and easy to deal with. My only issue was upon delivery he wasn’t as knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. Garage door openers he told me just to “YouTube” it. When spending $75k on a vehicle, I expected a little more. Overall good buying experience, but that part kind of let me down.

They treated me horrible.

They treated me horrible. mike Barnett should not be allowed to represent the dealership. I had made an appointment with the salesman who sold me the truck to bring my new truck in to get the scratches off my door handle which new truck should have not had any scratches at all but mike accus me of just showing up without appointment. He also was mad since he told me he lost money selling me the truck. I had to get into shutting match with him until he got my scratches' taken care of. I have never been treated this bad at any dealership. His other floor manager was following me around the showroom while he was trying to get into fight with me, he also called me some name as well.

We dealt business over the phone with johnny and his team

We dealt business over the phone with johnny and his team at metro ford and “WOW” is all I can say!! Super easy going people and a practically effortless vehicle buying experience! Any and all questions I had with Johnny or Gabe were answered immediately or with a return phone call in a matter of minutes. We did a one day road trip totaling over 11 hours to pick up the new truck and they had everything ready to go and sign and get us back on the road as soon as possible. Can’t say enough about Johnny Mahsetky, Gabe Tucker and the entire team over at Metro Ford of OKC, if I need another vehicle in the near future they’ll 100% have my business!!

Custom service at metro ford is bad.

I purchased a 80 k vehicle from metro ford last year and the after market panels that they had put on are coming apart and metro ford spent the entire year telling me they would fix them and they still haven’t. Those custom trucks look great but if you have any issues metro ford will not help you after you have made your purchase. I’ve been to two different body shops and they said they would fix them but it will cost me a few thousand and they both told me that the dealership should fix that issue because they were not put on very well. I’m stuck between spending money that I shouldn’t have to or keep begging metro ford to help me.
