Ford Fiesta

Horrible customer service. Bought a used car that immediately had electrical problems so I took it to a ford dealership because I bought a warranty for the car. Nissan of Boerne failed to send in the paperwork for my warranty so the ford dealership was unable to make repairs on my car. I called Nissan of Boerne for three straight days trying to get them to send in the paperwork. Eventually I was ignored and just sent to voicemail when I called. As a last resort I had to drive an hour to this dealership and sit and watch one of the employees send in my paperwork. I would strongly suggest you don’t buy a car from here.

Had a good time, purchased a brand new truck!

Awesome customer service and professionalism

Michal and Estella made my car buying process extremely easy. They worked with me to get the best financial option and stayed within my budget. My past car buying experiences lasted up to 8 hours, today my entire process took 3.5 hours. The best service I have had in the past 20 years of buying cars. I am very happy with my new purchase 2013 Cadillac ATS😀
