We were in the market for a replacement car for my daughter, traveling from out of state and time being a factor. She found a 2005 Highlander at Infinity Auto Sales, so we went to check it out. It truly is a family operation, and at various stages we were helped by a mother, a brother and a sister. All of them were pleasant and professional. The vehicle was super clean, well equipped and fairly priced. A test drive revealed that it needed an alignment and the transmission occasionally lurched as though it was hunting for the right gear. John Hennlein told us that the transmission condition was the result of the battery recently being replaced and a known issue with Toyotas. Honestly, I had never heard of this but he assured me I could look it up and somewhat to my surprise when I did he was right. After some discussion John offered to either take the car to get it aligned for us or we could accept a credit on the price. We took the credit, agreed on a price, and executed the paperwork. The whole process was done quickly and with as little fuss as I can imagine. From start to finish the whole process took less than three hours and we drove off with a great vehicle at a fair price. My daughter is happy with her new (to her) Highlander and my wife and I were both impressed with the process. Look, let's face it, going out to buy a used car is not something most people look forward to, but we can say without reservation that we felt like we were very well treated by all the folks at Infinity Auto and we would recommend them without reservation.

I just purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding! The cars they have there are high-quality and clean. John was very personable and accommodated my schedule to set up an ideal time to view and test drive the vehicle; there was no pressure and he encouraged me to take whatever time I needed in my test drive and evaluation. Once I decided to purchase, they worked out a great deal, paying top dollar for my trade-in as well as giving me great pricing on a third party 2-year comprehensive extended warranty.
