We thought we would try Autoproved based on good reviews and their no haggle policy. We found a car we liked and were ready to buy a few days later. Our sales rep was no longer working there so we had someone new. It took 2 months to get our tags transferred! The person in charge of doing this does not know what they are doing. I even called to find out what was taking so long but after leaving multiple messages, Nobody called me back. They don't care once you buy the vehicle. Their promised safety inspection is a joke or at least they don't fix it for you. Took it to my mechanic 3 months after purchase for an oil change, only to find I needed to replace the brakes and extremely rusted rotors. Then we started having engine trouble. We were done. Sad to say we no longer have this vehicle. I don't trust this place and will never buy here again!

My experience with auto trader was amazing ! I had a dilemma with my current car, car payment and growing family. I needed more space for cheaper with no negative equity. I went to my original dealership and they were extremely unhelpful, two years ago when I purchased my Jeep they told me pretty much don’t come back. This was very stressful after two years passed and I had my daughter now I needed more room for my growing family. I saw one of Norberto other successful sales on Facebook and decided to message him. 24 hours later I had a bigger car a better car payment and best of all NO NEGATIVE EQUITY... My husband and I could not be happier with our experience here! We knew we were working with a low credit score and weren’t even sure we would be able to purchase a car. But Jessica was amazing as well as Vincent. There were a couple of things we were concerned about with the vehicle and Jessica made sure that everything was perfect before we took the car home. She kept in constant communication and was a pleasure to work with. We would def purchase another car here and will def ask for Jessica!
