Every step of the way shopping for a car he assisted with ease, no pressure at all and felt very comfortable. Also he was communicating very promptly, and of course has been able to assist with all my questions and inquiries about the vehicle. 10/10, will be returning to him on my next vehicle and have been recommending him for others interested in a used car. Bought a 2005 Passat. Decent car for the price. They added universal coolant to a g12 system only so coolant system needed flushed. Right cv shaft was replaced but none of the bolts were tightened all the way. Coolant leak from 12$ plastic water housing that they never replaced. Cv shaft on left side was junk, torn boot and leaking grease all over cv shaft had play as well. After I spent time and money car is running great.

i had seen some cars on the internet that i was interested in, so i called to make an appointment. When we got to My Choice Motors, a 90 mile drive, both cars were ready for inspection. It took a while for the appraisal for my in so we had to leave early. The first offer for my trade was low ,so we left.. Two days later Charles. our salesman called asking me what i wanted, i told him and he called back saying they would give me what i wanted. I drove back up and everything went smoothly. Fahad spent a lot of time going over things inside the car. The car was immaculate and all ready to go. Fahad called the next day to make sure things were fine. I had a positive experience and would buy from them again.
