Ace Hulbert

Friendly and helpful customer service. Initially, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the roof rails ( for transporting kayaks ) had not been installed. You all fixed the problem right away, and offered to deliver the vehicle TO MY HOUSE the following afternoon. I appreciated that!

Smooth Process

The process was relatively quick--I say that because the specific color combination was difficult to find--the salesperson was exceptional, and the delivery of the car was smooth with no surprises.

The customer service was very great. They keep your post on your service along the way. I like the fact they give a inspection on other area of your car and let you know the price.

Great people at Fox Nissan

Your sales specialist, Paul Young, was excellent to work with. We used to work with Josh however, he was promoted to mgr, as it should be because he is great too. We have been customers for years because of the people who work at Fox Nissan. The store is in excellent shape too.

Quick and Friendly Service!

Quick and friendly service, fresh coffee! I also love having a desk station to work complete with outlets so I don't have to take the day off to get my car worked on.

Excellent Customer Service

The credit rewards you offer loyal customers is greatly appreciated. You were able to get my car done sooner than expected and I can't thank you guys enough for that. A special shoutout to Cody for helping me work with Valvoline Instant Oil because of the damage sustained by another Valvoline employee who put the filter in my car backwards. I am currently waiting and hoping the reimbursement check will arrive sooner than the 10 business days promised.
