My experience with Advantage was hassle free. My salesman Tony was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as well as the finance guy Nick. They had the vehicle I was looking for and i was on the road with it in less than an hour.

I drove over 3 hours to check out a car advertised as one

I drove over 3 hours to check out a car advertised as one owner with 60K miles. It was a total piece of xxxx with a lot of body damage. I’will never look at an “auction car” again!!!!!!

My from afar dealings were very good.

My from afar dealings were very good. Mr. Cameron's emails were informative and professional. I have some hope of making a deal with these folks on the vehicle discussed but factors other than just purchasing the truck may interfere. My loss.

Car purchase

I was reluctant to go to small lots because of all the stereotypes but they had the car I wanted and Bo responded quickly to my internet search.During the test drive I made the decision to buy if I could arrive at a satisfactory price.I had it all written out on a notebook the price I was willing to pay and the taxes the only thing I didn’t figure in was the prep fee we basically split the difference and closed the deal.I financed part of the car and got a good rate.Bo was great I told him I didn’t want any pressure and I received none.

I was quoted an out the door price 9/23/2023 for a jeep

I was quoted an out the door price 9/23/2023 for a jeep of 20,000. they came back later after questions and said they made a mistake. It was 27,000 something. I tried to negotiate and asked for the best out the door price. They quoted 24,000 which I may ahve went for but then proceeded to tell me that was before taxes and fees which took it right back up to 27,000 +. I will not be back. Please do your homwwork like we did before buying any used or new car. We walked away with no fair deal for the car.

Don't purchase from them! I was literally one day late on...

Don't purchase from them! I was literally one day late on a payment and they turned my truck off. They give you a warranty for 2 k that's not work a crap as well. The manager has a slick mouth saying things like i don't want any surprises?

Cadillac Escalade EXT

Gabe the sales manager and Mike our sales person went above and beyond excellent customer service. We had an auto accident which required a fast replacement. My husband works in another state do every other week we went into the office for additional paperwork and to do arrangements. They made it easy. Communication was fantastic so we were guided with full knowledge.
