BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We purchased our third truck in a short period of time from Weber Auto on July 17, 2025. Within the first few weeks we had mechanical problems, which the dealership fixed. At that time we carefully looked over the truck and even took photos of the wheel wells — there was no visible rust. By September 19, severe rust was already bubbling through both wheel wells and the tailgate. On September 23, we emailed Weber Auto with our concerns. On September 25, after no response, we called and spoke with the manager, Stu. Instead of offering a solution, he said the best they could do was a small discount on repairs. We also discovered another $3,500 in mechanical issues (broken cables to the shifting column and more), which may also have been concealed. At this point, we are facing over $7,000 in repairs, not including legal costs. Over the next week we made several follow-up calls — with the salesman John, with Dan the owner, and with the dealership’s main office. Despite repeated attempts, no one at Weber Auto took responsibility or offered meaningful help. We have dated photos showing the truck with zero rust at purchase and then severe bubbling just 45 days later, with Bondo visibly present in the wheel wells. To us, this is clear evidence of concealed damage. Buyers beware: Weber Auto sold us a truck with hidden problems, refused to address them, and dismissed our concerns — even after being repeat customers.

Left My Totaled Car in Texas.

Left My Totaled Car in Texas. Was looking for a $7,000-$8,000 vehicle to get me aroumg town.. I'm 66 and done with roadtrips for awhile. Called Weber, preferring used car dealership over a new car dealership. The guy on the phone said they mostly deal in $12,000 he had recently taken trade on a 2001 Chevy S-10, with only 54,000 miles (I Know, right?). Body and paint, in great shape, obviously kept in a garage. Rex, the salesman I delt with, didn't mention the Custom 3D bedliner, or the like new carpet. ( As soon as I got home,I ordered custom matts to preserve it) Took it for a spin, shecked all the lights. I was already sold, but to top it off the AC, AmFm/CD player ere all working! There was a vent cover for defrost miising and a cord to hold up rear window. They ordered replacements for them included and will call and install them in their full service shop. They even picked me up at my home, filled my tank and put the new plates on my truck. Rex made the experience very easy and processed it without waiting. As I mentioned above that I avoided the New Corporate dealship to avoid the one-size-fits all treatment of haggling and going to the Managers office,etc.etc. Although I called Wed. morning, and was out the door by 5pm Plated and drivig off the lot, I never felt preasured or rushed. Got a very reliable, low milage, vehicle at a great price. I'd recomend Weber's to anyone looking for a good used car. I'm glad I called!

I have been passing the Weber store for many years and

I have been passing the Weber store for many years and have seen it grow from a small lot with one garage for repairs to the big beautiful facility it is now. On top of having a great selection of cars for sale, they now have everything you need to service or repair a vehicle including a body shop. I have met the Weber family and they are great people just like their team of employees. I will buy there again when I need another car and definitely take my other vehicles there any time I need an oil change or a repair.

I hate buying used cars, as you just don’t know what you

I hate buying used cars, as you just don’t know what you are getting/how well the car was cared for. However, when buying for a first time driver, it just makes sense. With my fear, I read reviews before looking on the lot/site. This place had great reviews, so I was super excited to find 3 potential cars here. However, I sent a text AND an email…nothing. So, I called and spoke to someone and inquired about the 3 cars. Apparently, one was possibly sold, he was going to let me know the next day by 4, the status of it. Another, needed a part and they needed to get it in the shop. Long story short, after 3 attempts to reach them, and being told they would call me back around 4 the next day, and it’s been almost a week and NOTHING! I’m super annoyed and apparently they don’t want my money!

Very pleased with their service department.

Very pleased with their service department. Staff was so friendly! Had my oil changed today. Was very impressed. I would highly recommend them. They don't tell you that you need things done when you don't.
