I highly recommend Ron Caltagirone Prod Specialist

I recently purchased a Buick Encore at Ferman Buick and had the great pleasure of working with Ron Caltagirone. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest while still being extremely personable. It was a very relaxed time spent with Mr. Caltagirone void of any high pressure oftentimes experienced when purchasing cars from other product specialists. I can highly recommend Ron to those individuals thinking about purchasing a new vehicle but who are hesitant to have to deal with a sales agent. That was not my experience with Ron or any of the other specialists at Ferman Buick. Thanks for making my auto buying direct and painless.

Best Buying experience !

I went to the dealership for service on my GMC Terrain and found out that another strut had to be repaired. I asked the Service Manager named Angel if I could talk to some one so that I could learn more about leasing a car. Angel was very understanding and brought me to Sal Calicchio. I did not know much about leasing but had wanted to know the pros and cons. Sal explained it in a way that I understood and I saw all of the advantages of it for my lifestyle. It was a no brainer in how he explained it to me and he did not make it complicated or boring. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He has a genuine and honest personality that you feel comfortable with. So many dealerships hire people who are annoying and pushy. you just do not trust anything they say and want to run out the door. Sal is like a great next door neighbor that would say Hi or help you if you needed it type person! He is someone you can trust. I was treated with respect and learned a lot about my purchase. I encourage anyone to talk to Sal about a car. It was not stressful. I am very happy and proud of my purchase. I love my new GMC Terrain ! Thanks Sal ! Angel the Service Manager and Shad the finance Manager were also helpful, professional and knowledgeable about my needs. They all made the experience very enjoyable and relaxed. Good Teamwork! Also the dealership has an open and relaxed atmosphere that I felt the first time I came for service. I noticed how friendly and happy everyone was. Comfortable homey type setting in their waiting room. I was even offered a tray of snacks.

Uplifting and Happy Experience

Went their for service and was very impressed with the dealership. They really know customer service and offer many amenities to make your wait enjoyable. The second time I was their I asked their Service Manager Angel if I could speak with someone about leasing a Car. He introduced me to Sal Calicchio. I was a little apprehensive because I did not know much about leasing. Sal has a very open and friendly personality and you immediately feel comfortable. He told me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. I now have a beautiful GMC Terrain. It was the easiest stress free experience I have ever had from the time I talked with Angel ,bought the car from Sal and signed the papers with the finance Manager Shad. Thanks so much!

Great experience!

All of the staff was great, but Brandon Stanton was our sales person. He was so very helpful, looking at the many different models and was able to answer my questions. With Brandon's help we were able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted at the price we could handle. My health is not great so my husband took care of all the paper work so while he was with the finance man; Brandon made sure that I was comfortable and that my coffee was fresh and hot. My new car was ready to go by the time the paperwork was all finished. Thank you, Brandon for making my experience a wonderful one!!!

Best car buying experience ever

I went to Ferman Buick this week intent on buying a new to me car. Matt Cerro and Sammy helped with the entire process. The car I wanted needed to be detailed and they put me in a loaner for the day. All the documents were ready to be signed when we arrived and we were out the door in 15 minutes. I can't remember a smoother car purchase. I have a son who will be ready for a car in a couple years and will definitely return. Customer service at its finest!

New Enclave For HIm

Ver good buying process, Provided a test drive , searched and found vehicle with all of the equipment requested. Explained all of the vehicles features clearly.. ....the paperwork steps where simple and complete. ....worked with Rick Blankenship, who did a great job with timely communications during the selection and delivery process

Very happy with my Buick Regal!!

Ron Danieson is the best! He was personable and professional. He made me feel at ease during the test drive and the purchasing process.
